“I've never written a review about a bank before - I suppose I should have as I've been with some really crappy banks in the past (and I'm talking about the big guys).We came to City National because the bank we were using at the time apparently didn't want our business (it's a long story and I won't bore anyone with it). I did a huge amount of research and happened upon City National as they are a bank that deals with and understands the entertainment industry. This industry has its quirks and oddities that most banks just don't understand. After a phone conference, we decided to open our new business and personal accounts with City. They always greet everyone with a smile. Here is a brief little story about why this team is amazing:Several years ago I needed to send a wire but I was out of the country. Jessie was also out of the country but when he found out that I was inquiring about sending a wire while I was out of the country, he literally called me directly to make sure that I was well. He was afraid that I might have been kidnapped! Mind you, he was on holiday himself and took the time to call me. He even had Josie try to reach me as well. I don't know about you, but to me, that is the very definition of amazing service and an amount of caring that one doesn't find with any other financial institution.
