Being a woman that only knows the basics when it comes to car maintenance is always questionable when it comes to going to a mechanic, but I feel like they are super honest and tell me what I really need to fix or if something can wait. 2018 BMW X5, made appointment for oil change last week for this morning at 8 am. I used to go to The Real Mechanic and Jerry has always been professional. Done by 9 am. Pretty fast. Also had cabin and air filters replaced for fair price. I recommend anyone to come here just like all the other good reviews. Thank you, Jerry. FYI, shop is clean and tv in waiting area.

Jerry is the MAN!!!!! He absolutely is a master of his craft. BMW dealerships have nothing on him. Willie and Jerry were able to fix my car at a fraction of the cost and fixed it right on time the first time . Highly recommend these guys.

My BMW started overheating on the 91 freeway and was forced to pull off. I could not make it back to my bmw mechanic due to potential engine damage being too far away. I came here because of proximity and reviews. I checked with some bmw service techs I know to double check what the mechanics at Integrity Motors were saying was wrong and how much to fix. Everything was accurate and honest. I paid and was satisfied. If you live nearby this is a trustworthy mechanic for bmw. If I lived locally, it would be my spot.

I went to see Jerry today as I was referred to him from another mechanic I trust. He was very helpful and went above and beyond in explaining what the issue with my bmw was. No fancy paperwork and outrageous diagnostic fee. Just some old school honest help with a problem I would have never guessed in a million years. My mind is at ease now as I found my new bmw specialist service shop.

I recently had an oil leaking issue with my car just after getting service B, and it was incredibly frustrating. I have mentioned to Mercedes Benz dealership(Buena Park) that there might be an oil leaking issue upfront when I was there for the service but they said everything looks fine. However, Just two days later, I brought the car back, they finally identified the issue. They told me it would cost upwards of $2,800 to fix, depending on the situation. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and had lost my trust in the dealership. However, I was fortunate enough to find the Integrity Motors that not only immediately took me in but also fixed my care on the same day for a much more affordable price (Costed me only $300 and they used original part) than the dealership. I'm so grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and affordable car repair!

Baldo is awesome. I take my 2021 GLC here for service and he is always honest, explains everything clearly, and does a great job. I recommend over Mercedes dealership service
