Very disappointed in my purchases from this trailer supply company. I needed two axles for my car hauler trailer. Giving my time restraints they made me to custom axles in very short time which I was happy about. But then one of the axles was an eighth of an inch longer than the other...... They knew I was planning to use the existing brake system from my trailer which did not work at all. They did not have bearings or seals for the brake hubs that I had to purchase somewhere else to fit their spindle. You going to explain to me that he been doing trailers for 30 years well you should have known my brakes weren't going to work looking at the hub assembly that was on my trailer it was very apparent it wasn't going to work.

These guys are professionals at what they do ! No b.s . Just a great quality u.s.a built product. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Replaced a axle on my boat trailer 3 years ago its still like new.

Colossal waste of my time. I dropped my old axle at their shop last Saturday. I was told to expect a call from Jason Monday morning. Monday afternoon I called him, he didn't answer but I left a voice mail. No call back Monday. Called him again Tuesday no answer left VM no call back repeated calls by me on Wed, Thur and Fri still no call back from him. I went by today Saturday and picked up my old axle the worker that helped said he gave Jason my name and number and couldn't understand why he didn't call me. I drove 40 miles to Instant Axle because of the 5 star reviews. Maybe my sale wasn't worth his time but that's no excuse for not returning my calls.

Following an axle failure on my poor travel trailer, I was in search of a replacement, along with all of the necessary hardware. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Instant Axles! Even though I am located in the Bay Area, Jaison and his team provided prompt, knowledgeable service and helped me get all the necessary measurements needed for a replacement on my trailer. Once finalizing dimensions and requirements, the team had my axle fabricated and shipped to my doorstep within 48 hours. I would highly recommend Jaison and Instant Axles if you are encountering issues.

The staff took my custom axle order over the phone and were super helpful with getting all the measurements and explaining the correct way to measure. I called early in the morning with the hopes of having it done that week and was surprised when he asked what time I wanted to pick it up that afternoon. Every other shop I had called quoted 2-3 weeks. U bolts bearings and hubs were all in stock and he made me a kit with everything needed to swap out my old military trailer axle with this brand new one. Cutting off the old rusted bolts took longer than swapping in the new one. Everything lined up perfect and my new wheels were exactly where I wanted them in the fender wells. If I ever need parts or service down the road I'll be sure to give them a call. Lots of cool projects in the shop and yard to look at while the parts got loaded too.

I understand that you get what you pay for. As simple as it is to build an unpainted non galvanized axle, try to find someone to build it overnight. This is why we paid a high price and drove from San Diego to Anaheim. However, after clearly explaining the spring configuration, they put the pads on the the wrong side. Simple enough to fix. They put the pads on the "right" side. And left the wrong ones in place. Then we had to buy U bolts and spring plates which they said norm
