From the initial quote, to picking up the cut pieces at will-call, I could not have asked for a better experience. Graham was very professional and provided several solutions and suggestions for my project. He and his team had everything cut and prepped for pick up in a couple of days. The sheets were immaculate and cut right up to the tolerances we spec'd. Thanks again Graham and the Industrial Plastic Supply team.

This place is pretty awesome, it's rare to find a business that specializes in a singular material and that's open to the public versus only wholesale. It's basically a lumber yard for plastics, it's overwhelmingly interesting. I came here because I need to replace a window pane I accidentally broke refinishing a backdoor. My options were replace it with glass or use acrylic/plexiglass. I did my own research and decided to visit Industrial Plastic Supply to get a more in depth understanding of the materials. I showed up, parking was easy and the staff were more than helpful. Now this is why the review is so detailed: I went into the back where the materials are and I was greeted by Jeff. He asked me what I needed and I explained my situation. He helped me with showing me different thicknesses of plexiglass. And then I commenced with my questions about the material. How it performs with heat, if there's expansion based on temp change, durability, glass vs plexi, can it withstand uv rays for a prolonged period of time...yada yada. He welcomed every question, not once did I ever feel like I was getting brushed off with a mundane answer. He took the time to help me understand the material and he also told me "glass might be cheaper, I know a guy over at *****glass shop who can get you prices". So he offered me a solution that wasn't profitable to him or the business he represents. I asked a few more questions, he went and grabbed another piece of plexiglass. Told me I could take it, a scrap piece but it was enough for me to be able to take it home and visualize/check to see if it was something I was happy with over glass. A handful of days pass and I made up my mind. I went back to Industrial Plastic Supply, went into the back, was greeted and I asked if Jeff was in. Waited a few and he comes out, say our hellos and I asked him if there were any more scrap pieces that could be used for the size of the window panes I was going to replace (all 4 since). I showed him the piece he gave me, he asked me the size I needed and walked to the back. I waited a few minutes. Jeff comes walking back, material in hand. Hands it to me, all the pieces have been cut and that was that. Mind you all I asked was if there any other scrap pieces that I could purchase, with the intention of cutting them at home. He went through the trouble to have his guys find the pieces that would work, had them cut out to size and nonchalantly walked them over to me like it wasn't a big deal. This is customer service at its finest. He helped educate me on the product, he showed empathy for my screw up and he selflessly did a massive solid for me. These are the types of people and businesses we need to support and keep around. I would highly recommend going here for any and every plexiglass need you might have. They sell blocks, sheets, rod, transparent, opaque and just tons of plastic product it's pretty damn amazing as far materials options go. Jeff is a wonderful human being and I hope anyone that goes there, experiences what I did.

Amazing supplier of high-quality plastics. Everything from ABS Delran PVC plexiglass you name it they have it staff is super friendly and if they don’t have it they can get it definitely my go to place for any plastic needs. Best plastic supplier in Orange County.

Great people that really know their stuff. Needed some plastic rod to make some parts. They had a bunch of different materials, and types of plastic. I ended up with some Black Delrin rod, and they had a bunch of it. Truly a professional supplier. I am very impressed with the quality of the plastic material that I received. It is of high quality and performs very well. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product to others.

Another wonderland here in Anaheim. :) This place has more kinds of plastic than anyone could imagine. The people knew there stuff, and were super helpful. My boss just needed some rod to make some parts, but they had like 50 kinds in stock. With a bit of back and forth questions, we found something that would work. Certainly this place will see us again.

Industrial plastic supply was selling off a ellis horizontal bandsaw they previously used for cutting materials and I saw the listing on offerup. I immediately contacted them and made a deal and made arrangements to come and get the saw. The saw was too big to fit in my car so I arranged for a friend to meet me there with a truck. My shop is located in the high desert and my friend with the truck was located in Beaumont so we were both driving a good distance to Anaheim to get the saw. Upon arriving I didn't see the saw anywhere around and asking employees I was told someone just picked up the saw. I had been in communication with the seller during the drive and everything was set. I later found out that someone said they would pay more if they would screw me over and sell the saw even though I was on my way. These people are liars and snakes and can't be trusted.

Absolutely incredible customer service and pricing. I stopped by for a 1/4" sheet of ABS plastic today for a custom automotive project and was greeted by a gentleman in will-call who informed me someone from counter sales would help me shortly. I was then welcomed by Graham who was extremely helpful in showing me a sample of the product I needed before he rang me up. He provided me with tips on how to cut the product and even sent me home with a sample piece to try on before committing to cutting my main sheet! The forklift/will-call associate was kind enough to help me load into the back of my truck as well. I wish all businesses provided this kind of customer service. I will definitely be returning for any plastic needs!
