I like pollo loco but the only concern i have the restrooms always dirty no soap to wash the hands no toilet paper...this manager's needs to be more careful and keep an eye ? this makes a lot a difference and any family restaurant or fast food place dirty ? restrooms maybe dirty kitchen ?.. i hope someone take care that.Thanks!

I had landscape lighting done at my home more than 10 years ago, from an employee who no longer works for Imperial. When I had a broken lens I needed to replace, I was amazed at how friendly, professional and helpful Cesar Cruz was, advising that he had the replacement lenses in and I could drop by anytime. I was even more amazed when desk agent was equally friendly, professional and helpful, handed me a bag of 10 lenses and informed me there would be no charge!?!?!?!? No charge? What? Amazing!!! If I ever have any landscape irrigation or lighting needs, I won't even check another business, I'll go straight to Imperial, regardless the price. Uncommonly great service, very much appreciated.

This is for Louis Lechuga. With NO knowledge of "stick edger's" I stopped in to gain some knowledge, Fortunately for me Louis waited on me. He explained to me, in laymen's terms, the differences between more stick edger's than I knew existed. He helped me select the right one. THEN he supported me in converting it from from a line to a blade edger. Over the next three days he showed a tremendous amount of knowledge and never lost his patience. He not only brought my project to a very successful completion, He made a very satisficed customer of Imperial Sprinkler Supply. Thanks Louis
