Great customer service! Was looking to get a vape and the guy was very helpful and informative on which vape I should get. They also have a good selection on glass, disposable and regular vapes and blunts/papers. Highly recommend!

Stay away from this place. Guy sold me a broken pen and when I went to replace it instead offered a "discount" on probably another broken pen. Check out Reefers smoke shop instead, they're honest

To start off, allow me to say what a wonderful experience I have had each and every time I frequent this smoke shop, which is multiple times per week.It is truly a family business that is owned and work by all the family. I see the husband and wife there I see their son working behind the counter. They are always incredibly friendly, helpful, extremely insightful on their product line and the best prices I found anywhere locally. I highly encourage everyone to try this business for any and all of your smoking needs. They have Vapes, puff bars, Helix bars, and an amazing (hand selected by one of the owners herself), water pipe collection. Every time I go in there, I always find something new and interesting that I just have to ask them about. The great thing is they always have new products and are very knowledgeable on each. Actually, they have everything else that you can think of and more. So give Illusions Smokeshop a visit - you will be glad you did! :-)

OMG!!! this smoke shop was definitely one of the best experiences i have had. not only was everything so much more organized and tidy, the new owners gave off that same vibe. from giving great advice to having insanely low prices, it has definitely become one of my favorites. they seem to always have exactly what im looking for and then some. i recommend if you're seeing this review, GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!

one of (if not, THE) best smoke shop I have ever been to! the new owners are so polite and informative. they know exactly what they are selling and the prices are definitely better than anywhere else ive been! i would urge all of you to go check em out and support your local business!!!

The woman was nice but didn't seem very knowledgeable and i didn't feel confident buying what she was showing me. Instead I went to Anaheim smoke and vape on Lincoln and the store was huge and i got the help I needed in seconds and walked out w what I needed.

They rock!! the new ownership is the best!! they have these new products and their new owner is knowledgeable and super nice!!! Just tell them what you need and they will surely accommodate you... They are also close to fwy5 so definitely not a hassle...

This guy carried my brand of cigarettes for me when I smoked. But mainly the place is for those who smoke something other than tobacco. Quite a selection of stuff for vapes.

Mo is awesome he helped me out with some specific items i needed. And even let me open the package to make sure it wasnt expired. I went to 3 different shops locally and all their products were expired. He rotates inventory to make sure everything is fresh and his store is very clean. Will definetly be coming back in the future for all my needs. Thanks Mo for everything. Your the best!!!

We stopped by to get what we needed and the woman was NO HELP. her customer service was non existence. She was in the back of the room yelling can I help you...I told her what I needed she said it doesn't found familiar...empty shelves. Bye!

Moses is very friendly and attentive, make sure you look at all the other reviews that are not showing because he doesn't pay for yelps premium services this guy has a 50+5 star reviews total sweetheart definitely would recommend this place he's more than willing to help you get any product that you need just give them a call ahead of time and he'll make sure that he has it in stock I would recommend this place
