The 5 stars goes directly to Patricia!! She is very friendly when you approach her cashier line. Big smiling face and her energy is up!! Loves it!!! So please when you go to this location, get in Patricia's line. You will forget you are at HD lol cuz she brings happiness to your check out! Patricia if you are reading this girl THANK YOU for making my day a nice shopping experience, most appreciated. I agree with you on the Georgia market lol Have a blessed day!!

Home Depot has turned the customer service around from when I was a kid. Every time I come here I'm welcomed. It's very organized so I can find what I need quickly, if I need help the associates are happy to help and even call another store if need be. I love my neighborhood Home Depot.

Diane in the appliance showroom was great help, she was warm and welcoming, and was very patient when assisting us, and stayed longer than she needed to help us with our transaction.

Caden in customer service was really helpful and patient with me. He addressed my needs and due to his kindness and understanding I decided to purchase the items I needed for my bath renovation! Prior to this I had planned to order the items on Amazon, but I thought it's better to give back to places like Home Depot who have amazing team members like Caden! Thanks Caden! You made my day!

5 stars for Chris from the tool aisle. So I accidentally put in 4 screws the wrong way on a chair and wasn't able to take them out. After an hour of trying to take them off I gave up lol and drove to Home Depot hoping they'd help me. Chris was so kind and was able to take out the screws for me. So thanks Chris!

The overzealous undercover loss prevention (LP) workers here will detain you for making a return with a receipt. Especially watch out for Mario, an approximately 50 year old, 5'5" muscular Latino with tattoos on his upper arms and a mostly gray military haircut who likes to wear tight, black t-shirts. Mario and his cadre of fellow criminals will assault you, take your car keys and wallet from you, then parade you around the store like a trophy. It's okay though because I'm suing the two LP workers as well as the manager, and Home Depot corporate for false arrest and assault. Stay far away from this corporate disaster.

This is why I don't go to this Home Depot! I was looking for bar and chain oil and couldn't find it. I finally ask an employee for help. She doesn't really give me an answer, just a hmmhmm sound and then starts talking to an older lady. I thought she might be asking her for help for me. To my surprise, they weren't and started walking to other side of the store? I was in disbelief! I said excuse me and they ignored me. I followed them all the way to the lumber section, I was in yard. Completely on other side. I finally caught up to them and said, " Did you call anyone ?" She said oh? I forgot. The other lady was very rude and said we'll get someone sir! I asked when? She repeated herself but never apologized or got on a phone or anything?? This has happened before there. Horrible customer service. They hire people that don't have an ounce of integrity or people skills whatsoever. Not all of them but I seem to find them. I need to give a class to all their new hires and some veterans there. It's ridiculous! I don't even know if I complained to a manager, they would even care? I'm never going back there.

I ordered a large amount of garden soil, mulch and other materials on a Saturday, paid the $35 rush delivery fee and still they failed to deliver my stuff. According to the manager they couldn't fit my order on a small truck. They didn't inform me until I called. They rescheduled the delivery on a Monday but then they failed to deliver it again for the same reason. I will never buy or go to this place ever again.

Some of the worst customer service ever. After being promised an exchange for an item, it seemed impossible to actually do it. It's been a month and a half of calling and waiting on hold (at times for over an hour-- what? This is a store not a call center, where is everyone?) only to be told by someone "I'll see what we can do and call you back today" and nobody has once called back... and the cycle continues over and over again. When I get someone new on the phone I ask them to look at then notes on my account and they say "oh okay, we can do this let me call you back today" and again and again. And coming on two months later--I've never gotten a call back and my problem still isn't solved. Edit: over 3 months now. Nobody will call me back. "We'll look into it and call you back"

We placed an online order for curbside pickup. When we arrived the lady at the customer service counter informs us they didn't receive the order in their system. My husband showed her the email confirmation, then she responds "oh I see it now". We noticed all of the associates just hanging out and chit chatting. They made it seem like there was a overload of online orders. When we got home, opened the package to discover the packet of screws were missing. It was impossible to install the product without them. Second round back to the store within the hour to do an exchange. The CS rep says go to the floor and get it yourselves. They looked super "busy" standing around conversing. The staff are lazy and lack customer service skills. Such a waste of time dealing with this Home Depot. I will go to another location next time!

I purchase say stainless steel Refrigerator about six months later It started leaking water for no apparently reason, I did not buy the insurance because I thought That I would not need one Since I was buying it at the Home Depot I thought would be good quality but that was not the case I do not recommend anyone buying a refrigerator from the Home Depot , I would go with their competitors Lowe’s Instead
