Walkability: Day 1 = Oh yeah, only a mile walk to Disneyland. Let's go!!
Day 2 = How many miles did we walk yesterday?
Day 3 = We should have taken the shuttle...

Check in is advertised as 4pm, however upon our arrival only one of our rooms was ready. This was incredibly frustrating after a long day of flights and taveling. We had to check back several times before getting access to our second room.
We were not informed that the breakfast downstairs was not complimentary and was in fact an additinal $21 per person per day. This was reduced to $16 per person if you booked in advance. The breakfast provided was not worth the additional charge and in fact is nothing more than what any other hotel offers complimentary.
The rooms are incredibly outdated. They are also not cleaned daily during your stay unless you request it. We accepted this and requested hotel services tend to our room. When requested they didn't tend to the entire room by any stretch. Seriously... we ran out of toilet paper. Tending to the rooms in a timely manner does not happen. If you have small kids or need a nap yourself during the day don't hold your breath that they will get your room done at all. The room also has various areas of damage that have not been repaired or replaced. Ie Ripped showed curtain and damage to the walls.
The pool is very mediocre, however I give the hotel props on the ability to deceive their guests with photos taken at some good angles.
There is the restaurant in the hotel, however room service is not offered. On top of this the menu in the room and online are outdated and are actually not what is currently available to order. The food is mediocre at best.
It is strongly evident that this hotel is 100% reliant on its location and not on the actual quality nor the service provided during your stay.
Everyday was a new frustration and I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Gross hotel! Nasty carpet and low end on everything. The splash pad doesn't work and the pool is basic. If you can book a closer hotel to Disney then do so. There is no free shuttle. I also warn against using this hotel if you book through a travel agency. They tried to deny our confirmation even though we had confirmations and our agent didn't hear anything other than confirmations. All that, this hotel is GROSS! Dirty floors and bathrooms. don't say you weren't warned. I would never let my friends or family stay here and the travel agent that helped us has removed this place from their listing as well.

Great location in easy walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Room was clean, bed comfortable, quiet, good HVAC, charged $26/day to park, breakfast was expensive at $28 including tip for buffet that is typically free at Hampton.

Staff is horrible. Brittany and Cassandra at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. Refused to honor rate in confirmed reservation… instead over charged credit card without authorization. Hotel evacuated due to fire…. Refused to refund room charge for unusable facility.
Property is also in poor repair, but getting your cloths and such stuck on an evacuated hotel is a much bigger problem for your Disney plans.
Recommend you stay somewhere else.

We stayed 4 days/3 nights for our Disneyland trip. 2 adults in a 2 full bed room. Staff was nice. They let us drop off our bags in the morning Friday and then leave our bags in the morning Monday so we could hit the parks both days. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had was in the morning Friday when I dropped off my bags they did say I would get a free upgrade to queen-sized beds for being a member, but when I came back later that night a different staff member told me it would be an extra charge. The room wasn't bad but could use a bit of an update. Felt clean, just a tad bit outdated. The elevator took a long time to go up/down and may need some maintenance. Close enough to Disneyland to where we could walk (20 minutes) take the ART, or uber. We chose to uber as it was the fastest form of transportation & only cost about $6-$12 a ride.

We stayed here during my visit to Disneyland for RunDisney. I actually really liked this hotel. I didn’t even mind paying for parking. The walk is not too bad. The service for the most part is really good. The reason I rated it so low is because I had pre-paid for our room and as we were getting on the plane that morning that we checked out, I realize they had double charged me. When you are traveling, that is not an easy thing to navigate and it stressed me out so bad. They were kind and tried to make it right by waving my parking. But I still had to transfer funds to make sure my rental car was covered, so it was a huge inconvenience. I realize it may have been an honest mistake, but it did set me back. Other than that, this hotel was great to stay in.

We stayed here for our Disneyland trip and the value for location was great! We are used to Holiday Inns always having free breakfast, be aware this one does not. We just snacked in the parks in the morning. We did not end up using the pool, however it looked nice! We used the ART bus service, which runs 2 routes for half of the day and that did create a couple of longer waits on it. The rooms were nice, bathrooms are small and pillows weren't great. We weren't in the room much, just to sleep. Make sure to ask for help when registering for parking so it is done correctly, there is a discount if you book through Disneyland but can get missed if you don't register correctly. Overall, we recommend for a budget friendly Disneyland trip!

This is a budget friendly hotel, that is close to Disneyland (actually next door to Disney's parking structure). We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and professional. If you want some of the experience of a Disney property, This is a nice alternative. The restaurant was very good, and the portions were generous.
Rooms: The rooms were clean and a nice size, we had the double queen room
Nearby activities: Disneyland is within walking distance, but if you have toddlers it might be a long walk for them. I would suggest talking a shuttle to the main gate. Downtown Disney, and California Adventure
Safety: There was enough security around that I felt safe in the area.
Walkability: It is walkable, but a shuttle for $6 will conserve your energy for Disneyland.
Food and drinks: Great restaurant, and service. We had hamburgers, that was massive and delicious, it came with fries, or fruit. The booths along the wall had individual flat screen t.v.s, while the middle seating area had a big screen t.v.
Noteworthy details: There is a decent size splash park for the kids and pool for adults and kids. No life guard on duty so watch your kids.

The carpet was dirty all 3 days. Is like the do not clean on a constant basis. The rooms clean service very good. Is a shame they do not keep the maintenance because it has potential
