Yeah I understand some of the challenges some customers have reported but for me it's really about Trevor as long as you are able to work with him he knows how to take care of you.

I go to Hirsch almost daily. This no doubt the slowest store of the 10 I frequent. They have at least 3 people helping but ?????Prepare to stand and watch.

We have visited this location on a few occasions and always recall why we don't prefer to go to this location versus the others. Every single time they are either short staffed or move at the pace of drunken sloths. It took them over 30 minutes to fulfill a simple two item order. Time is money in plumbing and this location does not value our time. In the future, we will chose to drive further in order to receive competent service.

I was picking up supplies that were ordered over the phone for pick up later and when I got there was only 1 car in the parking lot plus 1 person in front of me in line but the Mexican guy that works on the right side of the counter cut me off and told me to hang tight twice after he had already finished helping the guy that was in front of me.. I guess he was real busy typing something in his computer apparently cuz he didn't really give me any eye contact..like his time was more important than mine so I decided to get my cell phone out and type up this review so all of sudden as soon as he notices me typing on my phone he could help me now so now I am responding to him with no eye contact as I am typing this. I will be finishing my review of this guy who doesn't have a name tag on and has horrible customer service or I would type in his name but next I will be asking for a name first and then typing in my review while I am at whatever location..good or bad. You would think with the little bit of customers they do get that they would want to keep them coming back?? Strange.
