You will find here the worst customer service you will see in a hotel. I would never stay there again.

First off, I wrote this review last night and am coming back to add more stuff. They backed my rental car into a pipe along the back wall and left scratches, and requested we “do not file a claim, i will get someone to buff it out. Insane. Unfortunate experience for people visiting disney. Showed up to immediately find out the advertised “steps away from Disney” was a lie. The hotel has walled of the back so you have to walk all the way around by the highway to get to the park, makes it a 20 minute walk instead of a 5 minute walk. Once we got to our rooms, they absolutely stunk of old and rotten food. On top of the false advertised location and horrible stench, they charge you $40 a day for parking, and if you have an early checkout they charge you an EXTRA $50 on top of the original 40 to hold your car for any part of that day. They consider the $40 parking overnight and anything else is at the $50 expense. Will be finding any other hotel our next visit. Very disappointedRooms: Horrible stench, not cleaned well.Walkability: Falsely advertised as “steps away” from Disney. It’s really a 20 minute walk because and they force you around the other direction right next to the highway. They built a wall so you cannot cut through

I stayed one night at this hotel after visited Disneyland for a whole day. Basically, I won't recommend this hotel to my friends because of the poor service and room facilities.

Frankie is one of the most efficient and kindest people we have ever worked with when it comes to staying at a hotel. He is the epitome of Customer Service when it comes to hospitality in this industry. I highly suggest this hotel and all of its amenities and if I were to continue to come to Disneyland once a year, which we plan on doing, this is the hotel and individual we prefer to deal with. What a wonderful experience.

Maybe a good place if you're with kids, for Disneyland, but very much not if you're traveling for business. They have everything, but none of it is available if you have to be out in time for 8AM meetings. The gym is closed until 6AM. Breakfast doesn't start serving until 6:30 - eat fast if you want to brush your teeth before leaving the hotel.Definitely won't be staying here again for work.Walkability: Not walkable. Right next to the freeway in a business park.

One of the best and most up to date Hilton garden inn I’ve stayed at. Everything is new and clean and was a comfortable stay. The comforter and sheets are soft and the highlight were the firm pillows that don’t flat out like majority of hotels. We had the corner room with the view of the I-5 and we did not hear any noise. There’s a check-in breakfast promo for $13 pp instead of the regular $18. As a diamond member, the $20 food credit was applied. The food was great and a step above standard hotel quality especially the chilaquiles ?. The only downside was the lack of food options for dinner. The walk to Disney took no more than 15min. There’s also a bus stop out front. This will be my go-to hotel for Disney!

We had reserved 3 rooms and they were all exceptionally clean, neat and comfortable! Towels got restocked when needed and beds were made. We had the breakfast buffet and it was also amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, we hope to be back soon!Rooms: Spacious, bathrooms are nice and they were very clean and neatNearby activities: Can walk to DisneylandFood & drinks: Breakfast buffet amazing and Bar for drinks also

The room and hotel service were adequate, and the proximity to Disneyland is good - an easy walk. The biggest drawback is the hotel's location next to the freeway. When you reserve a room, make sure you request a room on the west side of the hotel, away from the freeway. The sound deadening in our room facing the freeway was poor at best.

This is what over $300 a night gets you from the Hilton. Shame on you for charging guest what you do and having the audacity to deliver rooms in such state as this and hallways that reek of mold. Shame!Rooms: Bare minimum. Broken fridge. No freezer. Hardly any channels. Outdated decor, carpet and entire bathroom. Nothing worth $300 or anywhere close to.Noteworthy details: Save yourself the money and stay somewhere on Beach Blvd if you are okay with these types of standards.

Stayed 3 days for an event at Disney right around the corner from the main entrance. Took about 15 mins to walk. Beds were low but very comfortable. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. They do only have valet parking so make sure you keep that in mind but overall a nice hotel.

We booked the Hilton Garden Inn for a one-night stay because we were taking a family trip to Disneyland. (Our usual hotel was booked). We arrived to the hotel around 8:00AM to drop off our car and luggage before heading to the park. We were greeted by Connie, who would get 5 stars if we could rate her and only her! We told her it was our daughter's 1st birthday and she brought out a special birthday treat! She started off our day with Disney magic and we weren't even in the park yet.Around noon, I see a missed call from the hotel (while we were on a ride) because there was an "issue with our reservation" that was already taken care of when we first checked-in that morning. I called them back and someone different answered and said that there's nothing to resolve. I told him about the missed call I JUST received and he said that the woman that left the message was looking at an old printout. I was slightly irritated to be on hold for so long while trying to celebrate my daughter's birthday just to be told there was no issue in the first place.Around 4PM, we headed back to the hotel to check into our room. There was a swan/heart towel display on one of the beds and a plate of desserts. It was Valentine's Day so we thought maybe it was a fun complimentary addition. Our daughter wanted a snack and we weren't going to deny her a strawberry.Around 6PM, I got ANOTHER call from the hotel when we were back at the park - they had said that the Valentine's set up "wasn't intended for us" and they asked if they could go into our room to "retrieve it." I told them we had already started eating some of the dessert and the front desk supervisor (2/14/2024 evening) asked WHICH ONES? He was still trying to charge us for whatever we ate when it wasn't our fault it was in the wrong room! He kept telling me, "But it wasn't intended for you." How am I supposed to know that? You told us what room to go to and that's where we went. Also, they wanted to take the dessert plate back and give it to the "intended guest" when it was already in someone else's room. That's disgusting and absolutely ridiculous. We definitely won't be back. Also, it's paid valet parking only and it's next to the freeway.

It's only a 19-minute walk from Disneyland. The reception staff are very polite and kind...the room facilities are new, clean and tidy! I like it here very much, recommend it!
