Hello, I'm the person who returned the Hertz rental car at 9:00 p.m. on November 25th. I wonder why it happened when it was said that $100 was withdrawn from Hertz yesterday. I called, but they didn't answer, so I'm going to write a review. Please tell me quickly why this happened

This office isn’t a physical location. Office is closed due to Covid the office never re-opened. Don’t book your car rental pick-up for this location. You can use this location to drop of your vehicle only on the 4th floor and leave keys at the Marriot hotel lobby but you can’t pick up your vehicle here because there’s no office here.

A lonely star for this location and its manager. I wish I had researched and reviewed their Yelp Review/Comments prior giving my business to them. Just my lucky stars that covered my end with my own due diligence. I warn everyone of this location just as others tried to warn me...

Spare yourself the frustration and pick any other location. Seriously. We were due to drop off our car this morning at this location. In total it took us AN HOUR.There is not a single hertz sign anywhere. The car drop off is on the fourth floor of the Marriott parkade, which I only found out after reading other reviews. Every sign and map in the Marriott leads you to a Hertz location that no longer exists. We had to ask the folks at the FedEx, and they told us you now have to drop your keys off at the front desk.Seriously, go anywhere else. Nothing is worth that much of a hassle.

The drop off location is still available, it's just really hard to find. It's located in the Marriot self parking garage, but you have to call someone at the callbox to get the gate open. Then go straight to the 4th floor. Make sure you take pictures of your car when returning to avoid any unnecessary charges. Keep in mind that you should drop off a car key at the front lobby of Marriot.

The website allowed us to rent a car from here, but when we got to the hotel, it is only a dropoff location. We walked about half a mile to get there, only to be met with no way to get a car.I'm leaving this review so that everyone is aware of this. Do not try to pick up a car at this location

Even though you can rent from here, and there are signs in the hotel pointing you to Hertz, the desk no longer exists and you are redirected to the Hertz 15 min away. There was 0 communication that this was the case until the day of.

Rude employees and no communication as to drop off location being different then pick up, and if dropping off after hours there no where stated that the key drop off is in a completely different building then the car drop off. One star experience.

I would like give minus if applicable, there pick up hertz location doesn’t exist after Covid pandemic at Marriott . Lucky Marriott bellman help out to get reach hertz staff, hertz offer me the driver come to pick up me to the real location,and I am waiting for an hour at lobby for pick up, no apologies at all and very bad attitude at service desk, my worst hertz experience so far!

Rented vehicle with nail in tire. When I noticed it they said I'd have to pay for it. Moral of the story: this company shoulders the burden of any damage from one customer to the next rather than fixing it themselves. WARNING: Don't allow yourself to be that next customer.

Drop off location only close to Disney. It was on the 4th floor of the Marriott parking lot. There will be no signage at all. Grab a ticket beforehand at the entrance and drive all the way up to the 4th floor where you will see dedicated Hertz parking spots. Take the elevator back to the hotel lobby where they will take your keys. Take lots of picture as they will not provide any receipt.

It would be zero stars if I could. There's no longer a desk to be able to pick up from this location, even though I was able to make a reservation to do so. I verified with the front desk that they are still a drop off location. I'm walking around the hotel with a screaming kid I promised to take to the zoo and a giant car seat for nothing. I finally got in touch with someone at a different Hertz in town (two hang ups and about 2 minutes of a ringing phone later), and they said I needed to go to a different location to get a car. I asked if someone could come get us, and they said no due to short staffing. It was absolutely ridiculous, and they did nothing to try to make it right.

This is only a drop off location. Do not rent from here. They will make you walk a mile to the next location that doesn't show up on their website.

I would give -5 stars if I could. Made a reservation with this company 2 months before my vacation. We fly from the east coast to the west coast for a few days and are scheduled to drive to Vegas for the rest of the week. The day before…they call and say sorry, we are out of cars. Call us back if you want to go on a waiting list. Try to call them multiple times….no one answers. The next day I finally get someone to answer when they open at 8am just to get the same story. Sorry, we are out of cars…we can put you on a waiting list. WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT OF A RESERVATION IF YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE THE CAR AWAY!?!? They made absolutely zero effort to try and rectify the situation. Basically they left us stranded. We had to check out of our hotel at 10am and pack our luggage around in an unfamiliar city with nowhere to go on the other side of the country from where we live. Angry does not come anywhere near how I feel about the situation or this company.
