I received no services from this company per their unsavory communication. Responsive communication with potential customers is a good practice for sustainable growth and success!Hoping this company does better !

I reached out to this company because I was attempting to support a local fellow African American Business that was local. I have been in contact with Mark @ 714-612-4029 since December 30th 2021. I let him know i was waiting on parts to come in and that I would have everything set for the installation. Though he did work with me on the price point they just never came through with any other the promises that were made such as keeping the actual appointment or providing some solid communication. I told him that I would need a installation of a mount braket and a 5 speaker unit and even at the last minute I added in a sound bar that he stated would cost a extra $60 and I was totally fine with that because it was a last minute addition. We first had issues with coordinating a time for an appointment which was understandable because I myself is always on the go and busy but for the service I was willing to accommodate as best as possible because i kept telling my kids and wife that i would get it done. When we first set up the appointment my primary concern was that the tech would need time to get the first job done in Los Alamitos and then drive to Garden Grove and complete the job within a timely manner. I advised that I and my sons had a barber appointment in Long Beach at 2pm and to be honest I didn't want to rush the technician and put him/her under that kind of pressure but I was contacted and told that 10am someone would be here. Well 10:09am hit and I was a little puzzled on the lack of communication. A simple "hey we are running late" or something would of went a long way and the fact that I had to initiate the discussion was a bit dissapointing. About a hour later he told me he may need to reschedule because the tech was still troubleshooting. I myself have been a technician in another field and I knew that the potential for a delay in service was definitely a possibility. Mark came off as a nice guy and I was confident that he could get the job done seeing that he stated he has worked on mansions, casinos and a plethora of other projects. I was amazed by the text message resume of services he has provided to other places I was confident mine would be a walk in the park. He then told me a family member had some health issues and I let him know that if he would of just simply said something earlier I would of rescheduled with him so he could deal with his family because family is first. I'm not demanding at all but my entire problem is the communication of it all. I waited around for the tech that never showed up, a hour for each text response and again..COMMUNICATION goes a long way. I was told a technician would call. Never got a call. I texted him to see why. No response. I am a business owner as well. I schedule appointments all the time with people daily to be exact. I make sure my communication is up to par. If I'm late I call or text before they call or text me. If I can't make it I do the same it all just boils down to respect of people's time. I may not have been a high bidding job. I may not have been that mansion or that casino but once you gave me a set time I became your customer and at minimum I deserved better customer service than what was received. I would love to be on the 5 star end of this review but due to the lack of communication I would give a negative five due to the level of respect shown to the time and efforts put in to this. I have attached the screenshots of the conversation so you could see that I was more than willing to accommodate the situation if the communication would of been up to par. So here it is..11 hours later..I really hope his family is alright but again..some respect and communication would of dissolved the situation in its entirety. I hate posting reviews like this but sometimes people just need to understand that time is money and if the quote was too low in price he should of just held firm on the pricing and told me it was non negotiable. Mark and Alex are an amazing team, very professional and understanding. They set up our camera system and were very patient with us as we had family issues that arose. I went with them becuase they were not pushy but understanding to our situation. They do great work in love with our camera system.

Mark and Alex were both great to work with! The communication was flawless as I had to reschedule a few times due to moving into a new house and they were extremely accommodating. Alex did an A+ job and went the extra miles to ensure the job was done with care and expertise. He mounted my 75" TV into a solid rock wall that was on top of a brick wall. Extremely difficult job and Alex made it look easy! I am forever using them for any and all services that they can do. Highly HIGHLY recommend using them. Fair priced as well for the work and labor!
