Absolutely horrendous experience. Had an appointment with a Mike Olivar at 10am because Anthony was out. Reached 5 minutes before time, door locked. 15 minutes later, female walks up to my car, no introduction or anything and informs us she'd forgotten her keys and that Mike would be there in 20 minutes. Fast forward to 1 entire hour later, Mike never showed up, some fat dude opened up the office, no introduction and just told us "sh*t happens".. we never saw Mike or were able to speak with Anthony. Just had an entire of my morning wasted.. stay away from this place.

I did my taxes with this company and they owe me money, still only paid me part what was due back to me on my state taxes. I had no idea my state taxes went into their account. I have tried many times to contact tax preparer Anthony he has only given me run around and his co workers tell me he is always out of the office. I would not trust them at all. Going to look into legal action and notify the state tax board.Follow up 05/27/23 they did pay me the remainder of my money. Thank you. I really did like them prior to all this mess.

Wow, This has been the best place to file my taxes Anthony Flores is a rockstar with all his clients very kind hearted individual as I was sitting waiting all customers came out with a smile . He educated me on my taxes like no one ever did. Great place to do business . Also got my certifícate if Insurance from here Evelyn Help me get the best rate !! Thank you guys

Help Less Insurance, I can’t believe they work with companies that they cancel you policy with out you knowing!!!!!! Save your self a hard time and look for other options!!!!! Also, when you have questions or concerns with you policy.. guess what??? They will ask you to contact them directly.Thank you Help You Less :)

I WOULD NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH MY INSURANCE NEEDS AGAIN!!! I have been waiting on a refund for a month regarding a bunch of errors made on my policies by there employee Lucy and Isabel the manager has yet to correct the situation. There CROOKS!!! I’m about to call the California department of insurance and the BBB at this time. This is Just HORRIBLE… I refused services and they still took money off my card and sent in a policy with my money attached basically collecting a commission …THEY DONT DESERVE THE STAR GIVEN .

This place has amazing customer service , the staff here is great plus got to meet the owner, he is a down to earth individual very humble , glad I found this insurance office , best rates , best service and very professional .

Evelyn was very helpful in helping with adding a vehicle for insurance as well as registration . It was urgent to get it done asap due to it being impounded . She went out of her way to ensure we had everything in order to get our car back! Definitely went above and beyond for our family! ?

I been coming here to HelpUsave save for over 7 years , I been having insurance with Anthony Flores since 2005 these guys have always looked out for me like family. If they were doing anything bad they would not be in business this long. Business have haters all the time cuz you can’t please every single customer. I have done my income taxes also I am please to be part of this amazing agency . Stop by for some true long term business .
