This store opened again with new owners which are very friendly and has great service! The water still tastes amazing and they're having a promotion now for 20 cents per gallon, not sure how long it is going on for.

My husband and I just came back yesterday and was saddened to see the candles, flowers and dedication by the front door... You will greatly be missed Mr. Chris... It might not be our place, but we would like to speak for ourselves and all those other loyal customers you have out there who has no access to Yelp or other app like this... so from the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank you for being the kind and generous person that you are... generous to your neighbors, generous to your customers, and generous to your family. we always enjoy the friendly welcoming atmosphere every time we come here, and we appreciate the good honest business that you do...

Awesome friendly place the owner Chris is super friendly, kind & helpful, when I had surgery a month ago in fact ever since until now he’s helped carrying the 5 gallons to my car. when my mom comes to fill up water alone he always carries it. This is our family water spot ! And mama loves to buy her lottos ? here to! The water is great too compared to other water stores we’ve tried !You guys gotta swing by and see for yourself!

A 5 star review long overdue- just heard the heartbreaking news today that Chris has passed... Chris, thank you for being the nicest person to my entire family. My dad had been coming to this spot to get water for as long as I can remember. When he passed away last year, Chris was showing my family so much support and was just so genuine. Whenever any one of us came to get water, he would ask how the rest of us were doing. It was always a joy to come here even just for those few minutes of conversing with him. Chris, thank you for everything and your kindness will forever be engraved in our hearts. You will definitely be missed... PS. This is hands down the best filtered water as well as the best owner. Thanks for keeping my family hydrated all these years.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The customer service is always great. I drive all the way from Los Angeles just to give them my business. I have been coming here for years and every time I come in I get the warmest welcome and smile. This is definitely the place to go to get your water and Lotto tickets!!!!!

LOVE This place. The pricing is amazing and water taste amazing. He has all the supplies that you would need. There are free stations to use the power water to clean out your bottles. He has carts to the water to your car too. The owner, Chris is always super laid back and friendly. And no only can you get water, there are sodas, candy, newpapers, and a crap ton of LOTTO! He has 2 scratch ticket machines and even more choices behind the counter. There are tables in case you want to scratch there or play Keno. It feels like a hometown place where everyone knows everyone. His place is always busy because we love this place. The parking is good and the shopping center is always clean. I will not go anywhere else for water.

Came here to purchase a 5 gallon container, as I had done in the past. There was a client in front of me with several bottles, no issue for me waiting as I was second in line, however I watched a woman come in behind me that was serviced first. The woman working literally ignored my presence and waved in the client in line after me and took her containers to begin filling them. I was in complete disbelief. I verbalize my objection, to which I got a glare from everyone as if they had not notice my presence (this is a tiny store and I am a large male). The male in front of me and the woman working look at me I as if I was in the wrong for verbalizing my objections. The lady that essentially cut in line apologized when she realized what she did wrong, however the woman that worked there was at a loss for words when she realized was able to articulate my objection properly and with out being combative. I am not certain if this occurrence of horrible customer service was because the man in front of me was asian and the woman behind me was white, and this is a asian own establishment and am neither asian nor white and it was a case of discrimination. However, if we give them the benefit of the doubt we can call this what at the minimum it was , bad customer service. This now forces me to find a new location where to purchase my drinking water and water containers as I will no longer be a patron of this establishment.

I've never been one to pay for water ( ... because it's free, right ? ) BUT after trying HCP's drinking water, I can never go back to Brita. I signed up for his membership plan , which is dirt cheap, and come and refill water frequently. The process is quick and convenient. The owner Chris is a great guy too. Picking up casual conversation with him is one of the perks of coming to fill up water. My wife and I enjoy our experience , and the quality of water. Honestly you need to try it!

Stopped in to fill my gallon water bottle. The owner was nice and said he wouldn't charge me this time and would charge me double next time. Definitely stopping by next time as he helped me reach my goal of drinking a gallon of water a day. I was away from home and work and this was the nearest water store to my destination.
