Great experince! I spoke with Miguel who worked with me to get a great deal. The service I received was excellent. The process was quick, there was no nonsense, and you can tell they truly want to help you. I am confident in saying they have earned a life long customer. I am recommending this place to everyone I know. I believe there is no other place you should buy a vehicle from.

I went to Hardin Honda after visiting a DIFFERENT Dealership and where the sales person told me I could have done it “online”, Irving took his time explained to me the differences between the Honda Prologue and CRV Hybrid…pricing and specs along with the the advantages of each…long story short , I was able to leave with my Prologue happy. Irving and his team took care of me and what I wanted to, they worked every detail and got me the car I wanted with the price I wanted…I would recommend Irving to anyone that is interested in a car…professional, thoughtful, and honest…great great person!

Welcoming environment. I expected a sales rep to show the usual attention one gets from walking onto a showroom floor, but nobody was pushy or aggressive. Instead, very polite and accommodating. Jesus and the entire team helped with my unusual circumstances and needs, they were patient, and went way beyond what was expected. Would definitely recommend working with this team for those in the area looking at a Honda. Thank you Hardin!!!

What an utterly AMAZING experience at Hardin Honda. Jose and the entire team--Al in financing, too--were a dream to work with. We settled on a price over the phone. NO HAGGLING. NO HARD SELL TACTICS. Just smooth, honest, human, up front transaction with transparency and (dare I say it?!) kindness. Honest to God, it was THE BEST shopping experience ever. We felt so comfortable. These guys were the only ones to give us a written quote up front. We called 16 dealers and ONLY Jose at Hardin gave us a quote, up front, immediately, in writing. They were the most honest and sincere of anyone we called. No fakery. No lies. We got a price and drove off for that price. We're teachers and have a disabled son. We couldn't afford lies. What we got was such an amazing price that we felt like we stole the car! No chicanery. Just the best buying experience. Thank you so, so, so much. So grateful.

Update to my experience with Hardin. Although nobody from Hardin ever contacted me, we decided to look at another car they had. The salesman Jesus was very helpful and another gentleman name Chen also tried to repair the experience I had. We did not buy the car right then and decided to look at several other dealerships, however my daughter really liked the car from Hardin. I liked the safety features it had as opposed to other cars we were contemplating so we went back to purchase from Hardin. We got a great deal and great customer service. I appreciate the efforts made to make us feel like a valued customer. I can confidently say that I would purchase from them again.
We came across a car on Hardin's website that I liked for my daughter and the price was within our budget. I spoke to a salesman about the car. He later called to inform us that the list price was incorrect. I pleaded that we are loyal returning customers, as I purchased a pilot in the past, I took my brother to Hardin in 2016, he purchased a new accord, in 2018, he purchased another accord and a few months ago, I took my sister in law and she purchased a 2024 pilot. That is 4 purchases made from them. They would not honor the internet price. This is very disheartening as I would hoped they appreciated loyal customers. I will never buy a car from them again. When you're there , they treat you great but once you walk out the door, they don't care about you.

“I am not chasing you to outside” saleman said when we don’t even tell him that we gonna leave and still seat at the table with him, it just sounds like we weren’t welcome over here. “my boss won’t give any lower” he said without even seeing his manager. “If you can not afford then go with 2024 instead of 2025” we don’t even mentioned that we can’t afford. Really bad attitude, unwelcoming expression, and unhelpful ever. Our families was here buying cars over the years but we won’t ever again.
