Hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was simple but adequate for family with young kids. Very convenient location to walk to Disney shuttle bus station (5m walk).Only disappointing thing was the very soft water pressure in the bathroom and the expensive overnight parking.

Great hotel close to Disneyland. Very friendly staff. Great rooms and great choice at breakfast. Free tea and coffee available. One negative, very expensive parking.Rooms: Very large and very comfortable. Came with fridge and microwave and a lovely, well kept bathroom.

Well located for visiting the Disney Parks! Room was great. Proximity to the convention center is also good. Breakfast could be better, but still no reason for complaints.Any time

Visited 1/15-1/19 NOLA and crew where amazing. Super welcoming. Super helpful really ontop of keeping the hotel clean and running smooth.Rooms are huge. Lots of space. Really good large variety breakfast. Nice sized pool with a hot tub. Pool area has a nice view and partially covered area to hang out in.Hotel is only about a 15 minute walk to Disney gates. Ride shares are only about $7 If your willing to book and wait.Parking was $30 a day. Which is a bit of a bummer BUT two entrance/exits spacious area partially covered AND EV chargers so if you where going to pay for parking this lot does provide the extras to make it worth it.OVERALL if your looking for a good cost good value hotel for Disney look at this one because it had every thing and more we needed for our trip.

Me, my sisters, and my granddad stayed at this hotel for 5-6 days. We loved it, the service was great! Breakfast is free and it's not too far from the shuttles if you're trying to go to Disneyland! My only complaint is the location there's a lot of sketchy homeless people next to the restaurants across the streets one even called me "their friend" after that we left. But otherwise it's great!Rooms: The beds were nice and comfy to sleep on and the TV actually worked!Safety: The location was sketchy, well not that but mainly across the streets.Food & drinks: DeliciousNoteworthy details: There's a lot of good things I'd say about this hotel but my hands are tired all I can say is that it's nice to stay at!

I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days to visit Disneyland.[Personally good things]- The free shuttle bus stop (Toy Story Line) to Disneyland Resort was about a 3-5 minute walk away, so I was able to go to Disneyland without stress.- Free breakfast included.- The famous Cheesecake Factory was nearby.- There was a microwave, so I was able to eat Japanese food.- Large room[Things I wasn't satisfied with]- The air conditioning in the room was noisy.- Breakfast lacked variety- Breakfast venue is too crowded and people are too close to each otherI was concerned about hygiene- The sound of opening and closing the room door was noisy.- The water pressure in the shower was weak and it was cold (I asked maintenance to check and they said there was no problem)- Distinctive smell throughout the hotel- They also have coffee and hot water in the lobby. There were times when I couldn't drink while I was adjusting.- There are homeless people hanging out at the 7-Eleven in front of you.- You can text with the front desk (fees apply)I think the hotel price is reasonable and worth the price. This time, I made a last minute reservation and the hotel I wanted was not available, so I chose this hotel.I don't think I'll stay there next time, but I think it's a safe and nice hotel.Walkability: Two women could walk together even late at night. However, there are a few homeless people around, so you need to be careful.

What a great hotel. Excellent customer service. We booked on Travelocity. There was a little hiccup with our reservations. We were too tired to change anything. The hotel manager did an awesome job and fixed all that up for our family. Let me just say Hampton hotel rocked it with their employees, manager’s. You can’t find that often with business now a days. This was definitely a very clean hotel our room was very clean. Great location for Disney Land. It’s literally walking distance to the bus stop that takes you to the park. Lots of stuff to see and do. Breakfast was great as well . I just can’t get enough how wonderful the staff was .Rooms: Very cleanRoom services are on pointStaffing was right on top of everythingNearby activities: Parking lot excellentWell secured areaWalking distance to Disney bus stopSafety: Very nice areaWalkability: Walking distance to bus stop for DisneyRestaurants and some other businessesFood & drinks: Breakfast at the hotel was excellent!!!Noteworthy details: I just can rave about how excellent their customer service was . Wow !! it’s so difficult to get companies to fix issues with their services but Hampton did a wonderful job. Hands down!! Keep up the great work and all of there employees were so happy .

Pleasant Stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention CenterI recently stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center, located at 100 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802, and had an overall positive experience. The hotel’s location is convenient, with a 20-30 minute walk to Disneyland and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for easy transportation. The pricing was fair, considering the proximity to popular attractions. The ambiance was delightful, offering a quiet atmosphere for a relaxing stay. One notable aspect is the accessibility to nearby eateries, allowing guests to easily find a quick bite. The provided breakfast was reminiscent of a middle school breakfast, but it served its purpose. However, it’s worth noting that the air humidity in the area is quite dry. If you’re traveling with kids and using a car, bringing your own air humidifier could enhance comfort. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. Overall, Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center is a solid choice for those visiting the area, providing a pleasant stay with minor considerations for families with children.

Really great location, walking distance to Disneyland. Lots of great food choices nearby and stores as well. The suite we got is pretty nice. My only let down really was the tv in the centre of the room doesn’t move around enough and the shower/tub is not updated enough. But the room is not bad. The pool and fitness area are really great and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Room was ready early as well. Would recommend. Also breakfast is included in your stay and parking has about a 35 usd per day stay for your vehicle.

Excellent stay. Newer hotel with helpful, friendly staff and exceptionally clean rooms. Location was perfect with ample walkable food options and great breakfast provided on-site- hotel staff was even handing out balloons to children, which was a nice touch. Perfect choice for Disneyland and surrounding area.
