Love this gym! Every time I go I'm challenged to push my limits and the results follow quickly...These workouts will push you harder than a typical gym experience, even if you have gym experience. It also is an amazing and supportive community. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to increase their strength, overall fitness, or mental discipline.

Best gym in the neighborhood to achieve your fitness goals. I've been a member here 5 months and have loved the workouts. 30min. You get in, you get out, you burn calories. Best feature of the gym is the trainers, Jake and John. Jake creates tough but enjoyable workouts daily. Both are great at guiding and cheering you through them. Finally both are great at goal-setting and reminding you to maintain "the grind." Highly recommend. 5/5 stars

Was introduced to this gym by a friend. Instantly felt welcome. The trainers cultivated such a good environment for fitness at all levels. They're not just knowledgeable but very personable. The equipment and workouts keep me on my toes and it's turned working out into a much more enjoyable experience.

Place is great! Equipment is all well maintained and high quality. I’ve been going for a few months and have definitely noticed the progress I’ve made. Owners are nice and knowledgeable. You’ll definitely get back what you put in if you give it a shot.

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The trainers here are incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. I love that there is no class times. I just show up when I have time a d get a fast effective 30 minute workout. The gym is very nice with great equipment. The trainers are awesome! I highly recommend this place.

Great gym, great workout, great equipments, great coaches! Coach Jake and John are super knowledgable and patience. It makes you feel so welcomed and no pressure. No class time and totally adapt to my busy work schedule. You just go and do your workout! The program is changed everyday and I will never be bored! You just want to workout there!

GRND fitness provides a intense 30 minute workout which is perfect for my schedule! In just 30 minutes I burn 400-500 calories each time and I love it! They have this cool machine that breaks down the metrics and percentages of fat and muscle for each limb, it's a great way to measure success without looking at the numbers on a scale :) everything here is top of the line Rogue equipment and brand new! I can't wait to continue my fitness journey with my new trainers. They are super friendly and knowledgeable, they also don't judge so I feel super comfortable. Last but not least they hook you up with all this badass gear!! I got a shirt, hat, water bottle and badass gloves!! The culture here is awesome I recommend anyone that is looking to change their life free of judgements to come and kick ass with me!
