STAFF: 5 stars.The crew here on the morning of Wednesday February 7, 2024 was incredibly attentive and helpful. I noticed they would call for backup when there was a line to minimize wait time. Specifically, Anthony, Rick/Ricky (via phone), and one other Grainger team member were able to help me resolve my issue under manufacturer's warranty and bring back the pump we needed for our warehouse. I highly recommend this location and look forward to continuing to bring our company's business here.
PARKING: Easy and plenty.STOREFRONT: Clean and well organized.

First time to try get a condensate pump (clearvue) from them, but they didn't Cartier that(we checked in line shows they have). And the staff who pick up the phone don't really know what we need.

It is a big mistake to order material online from grainger to be shipped! I ordered a few expensive abs industrial work bench tops, from zoro, (apparently grainger's online outlet?) and they (grainger) shipped a visibly "damaged" 5ft table top!!!! ($500) It looked like it had ben rammed by a forklift on the side, and split 3" into it, crushing the side! some jerk actually put a sticker to cover some of the damage!!! wtf? and I paid full retail!!!! and grainger really "GOT THINGS DONE" boy I just love hearing that crap, got things done for their store!!! not the public or paying customers !!!! morons!!!And I have to sit through that darn commercial every 20 minutes saying how grainger gets things done!!! after being screwed by grainger!!!! No morals!I ended up pulling it out partially straight with a hammer and wrench and using epoxy. It should hold so I did not pay to return it.Seriously what idiots ship damaged goods to full paying customers!!! most honest companies mark damaged goods down and sell them at a discount...Not Grainger, boy they really get things done!!!! thank you so much!!!

When you walk in you will be expecting a warehouse set up where you can browse and find what you want like other big box stores... not the case here.. there are limited displays with an assortment of items on the perimeter of the space. The warehouse in back is not open to browse... you go to one of many little tables wheee a Grainger employee helps you look at an online catalog....sorry but not for me...
