Western Brake and Tire delivered excellent service from start to finish. The oil change was quick, reasonably priced, and done professionally. The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything without any pressure. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this one earned it. Been coming here over a year now and will continue to do so!

I brought my car in for a noise diagnostic and they were able to pin point what was causing it and gave me a possible solution. The price was very reasonable for the work they have done. I also liked the fact they didn’t try to up sale me anything I didn’t need done. I’m happy to say they left me feeling i can definitely trust them for future auto services. I am so thankful for Western Break and Tire! On a road-trip up to Anaheim for Disneyland, a semi truck ran me off the road and I got a flat tire. Western Break and Tire took care of my car in squeezing us in and getting all four tires changed (I have all wheel drive on my vehicle), as well as an alignment. Someone at the shop even drove my spouse back to the hotel after dropping off the car so he didn’t have to get an uber. The customer service here is outstanding and I would highly recommend this business.

Paul is very knowledgeable and friendly. He called us right away to tell us what was wrong with my car. They fixed my car in a day. My car was really wobbly in the front and it was pulling to the left. Paul called to tell us that my two front tires were shredding and that we came in at good time. After it was all said and done I needed front and rear brakes, a front and back alignment and 4 new tires. We didn't realize my tires were 5 years old. They did a great job at a reasonable price and they gave us the AAA discount. Thanks guys!!

I had some suspension work done on my Lexus, but ran out of time to get an alignment. So I made the trip from Fresno thinking I'd just find a place in Anaheim to get an alignment. My father in-law recommended WBT and I was perfectly satisfied with the service and customer service. It didn't take long for me to tell these are good folks. Plenty of cars in the lot, customers in the lobby, customers at the counter, and Alex and the crew were swiftly taking care of business. No one seemed upset to be there. That's a good sign when it comes to service and repair facilities. I've been in the automotive industry for 20+ years and good quality service is becoming hard to find. WBT will be my first choice whenever I'm in need of automotive service when in or around Anaheim. Keep up the good work Western Brake & Tire!
