For the most part, the staff is very helpful. I've only had one situation that I felt like I was not appreciated as a customer by it was a female behind the counter. Not sure of her name but there's a gentleman that is there most of the time and he is extremely helpful and suggestive on items that would be comfortable for what my client used to use and was discontinued

All of the cbd disposables were expired from last year. The ones that weren’t expired were defective and didn’t work. Tried charging and still didn’t work.

Visited from San Francisco and noticed there was a smoke shop next to the restaurant we just went to so thought we would go and take a look and it was definitely worth it! Have a huge selection of items and the hookahs and hookah accessories really caught my eyes. When we looked for tobaccos they had everything that I couldn’t find down here in San Francisco and the guy working there helped us find everything we needed. The guy there also gave me amazing deals. Sold me 4 packs of Fumari tobacco for $3 each and gave me 2 Al fakher boxes for $8 or $10. Hands down best smoke shop I’ve ever seen, definitely recommended.

First time here and Thomas's service was knowledgeable and super helpful. The ambiance of this spot is nice. There is a lot of flavors & brands to choose from. Let Thomas know your preference and he will tell you from the top of his head some recommendations, you will not regret. Vape is full of choices, This one let you get stuck with a flavor you don't like. Highly recommended!

If there were zero stars I would've selected that for this smoke shop. They sold me expired tobacco and vape stuff, I attempted to bring it back when I realized once I got home, and they refused to replace the EXPIRED items that they sold me. You would think something like that would just be a simple exchange, but no. I was met with a refusal of customer service and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever. Not even Jeffrey dahmer. Go to The King Smoke & Vape Shop (brookhurst and orange), So much better. So much nicer. And you will always be treated well. Still in shock that golden crown wouldn't exchange, I had to share with you all. -N

terrible coustumer service no refunds even if the employee is wrong about the ute they'd sold you . I was buying a 50$ scale cause I wanted a good one. I asked where they are he just pointed to the other side of the store, I walked over still couldn't see it I asked from across the room "where about" he didn't want to even come show me the items, that are in a showcase anyways and I'd need him to help anyway. I asked a few questions he couldn't answer and he snapped at me saying is that the one you want !!! I bought it and lord behold it's not what I needed. I called to ask about an exchange and was hung up on. DONT GO HERE, there's 10 other places on the same street that want your business

I was amazed by my experience here. Typically I go to vape shops and I don't feel like there's a personal connection with who works there. They sell me any Vape just for the money. My experience here was absolutely changed when Juan treated me like a rockstar. He brought out churros for me and my friend and even when I was leaving, I was being asked for change by a homeless man who soon got aggressive and he came out to intervened. I bet he would've fought for me. Hands-down the Vape shop that I would always go to. Juan is like a brother now.

They advertise that they're open until 2am...I get there at 9:50pm and they were closing.Two days later I drive up to their shop at 9:38am and they were, once again, closed--despite advertising that they open at 9am...Whatever happened to truth in advertising, people...?
