“First of all they have the best prices for gas which is what brought me there. So I've been faithfully going there for 3 years now and I've never had a bad experience. EVERYONE that works there are very kind and helpful and make you feel welcomed. One time I over paid like $10 and the employee came out to my car to bring me my money, I was so happy and shocked at the same time because so many people nowadays are lame and/or rude but there at Thrifty Gas you'll get HONESTY!! That gave me hope for humanity! So thank you Thriftys! You guys are the BEST!!”

“There's one reason it gets a 4 instead of a 5 and this reason really should make it a 1 star but the other workers are very kind.
The young tall skinny guy who is working here at 4:30a is terribly mean. I see him smiling when others are in there and as soon as I come in he gives me a look like I'm some filthy cockroach. Is it because I'm a female or because I'm a black and Latina female? I'm lighter than him. I am up so early to take my son to work before I have to go to work myself.
I spend tons of money here because of the location. I'm not out here begging for change or bothering people. I don't appreciate the attitude for nothing. I come to get gas and coffee. Nothing complicated, it's always one person!!!”
“Really glad for their service on my car. This shell has a car repair shop, and I've taken it for brake repairs. Recently, my car was getting loud and found out my bearings on a tire needed to be replaced. Not an easy fix at home. They fixed my car same day, at a reasonable price. The repair shop as a whole is very professional, keep the car clean, and do a very good job with repairs. My car is quiet now again thanks to them!”
“I went into get gas today. I went in to pay cash, the young man behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I said I wanted $50 on pump #1 and handed him the cash. We both wished each other a nice afternoon and off I went to fill my car. As I was pulling out here comes the young man, I was confused but rolled down my window. He said you wanted $50 in gas, right? I said yes...he said you handed my $70! I was so shocked and touched by his honety! I don't live nearby..but from now on when I'm down in OC, I'll be buying my gas at this Chevron station!! (This was about 4pm. 10/16/23) THANK YOU YOUNG MAN!!!”

“I went in there one time for a drink and to use the restroom. I got told that the bathroom was outside in a small building, so I paid for my drink and dropped it off at the car. Went to the bathroom and as I walked up there was a family who very nicely told me that I had to go get the key from the cashier inside. Said screw it and went home so I could poo in piece. Gas is pretty expensive though, huh?”

“It’s 5:30AM, I’m pumping gas. I’m 5’2, so I’m very short. And I’m a woman that’s alone.A man approaches me asking if I can help them look up an address on Maps. I look to see where his car is. It’s at a distance, but we’re the only two people out there. But it’s brightly lit, so I let my guard down a little.I help the man find the address, and as he walks away, I notice the gas station employee standing outside looking in my direction.Then he yells out asking if I’m okay. I was okay, but I felt really nice to have him come outside to check in on me. I didn’t get his name, but if you’re working on Sunday, December 11. 2022 at 5:30AM, I appreciate you.”

“Great gas station. I was in Fullerton area and needed gas. There was another mobil that was close to CSUF and prices were a lot higher by 30-40 cents more per gallon. I thought it was ridiculous that they're the same gas station and only about 2 miles apart and still have different prices. I ended up coming and it was quick and easy. Highly recommended”

I will say, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest but honestly, better than I expected for a gas station. I will say their items are a little overpriced and the 35¢ debit fee didn't make it any better. “I always end up hitting this gas station to fill up. It's conveniently located right off the 91 freeway. It's usually not crowded, which I like. The pumps work most of the time. Takes credit card and debit. The trash cans seem to have room for more stuff. That's nice. I dislike going to gas stations and the bins are too full to throw anything away. Overall, not a bad gas station.”
