As a truck driver I had a midnight appointment. I arrived at 9:00 p.m. they told me they were closed. They never told me they were open on Google. It says they close at 6:00 p.m. I check in at 6:00 in the morning and they send me to will call saying that my appointment was at midnight but I was here since 9:00 p.m.. they didn't answer the phone. It's very cluttered as expected in LA area. Nobody seems to know what's really going on here. As far as logistics, it's the worst delivery experience I've ever experienced.

Got all the way down to this place to deliver lumber from oregon and they wouldn't take me because they said I wasn't on the schedule... well I had the A number and appointment time from the broker... but they still wouldn't unload me. Told me there all booked up for 2 weeks. Lol. This is not how any lumber yard I know does things. Very upset

I love their paint dept. As an interior designer I need a paint company that produces quality paint , and Ganahl carries Benjamin Moore paints. Benjamin Moore is widely used and trusted by designers and their color selection is always right on track with trends and classic colors .

Big wood! Let me just say that this is one well oiled machine. Ordered some big 4x4x24's Drove in, checked in, and was sent to my loading spot. Before I even grabbed my hat and keys, there's a loader dropping my order onto my roof rack- and perfectly balanced. Was not expecting this!

Ok lumber, hardware, tools oh my! This place is rock star! They had a delivery this morning. Perfectly on time. And drop was great But I encountered a problem and what happened? Awesome customer service. Nancy was amazing. Had the boards I ordered picked up and new ones brought the same day. So I was able to continue my patio cover. And stay on schedule. Thank you Nancy!

We recently purchased new interior and exterior door hardware for our home. We are totally pleased with the ordering, pricing and delivery of our order. Paul Finch at the Ball Road store was tremendously helpful in working through all the details for the 20 + doors (exterior with French Double/ active and dummy sides, and single doors, all with dead bolt locks, interior including single pass and privacy types). Paul's careful attention resulted in perfect delivery of the hardware with no errors/returns required. This experience was great in all areas including the order prep, very good pricing compared to other vendors, and a timely delivery to meet our schedule. You can't ask for any better service.

I use to buy frequently in this place last time i order some joint metal 7 small and 9 a little bigger i paid almost $600 So the problem is i just use some ones and i return the rest next day but those guys there took me 15 % restocking so they stolen me $75 thats no good one of my client is i recommend to this place is still buying a alot red wood
