I am not one to write a review, but Fullerton Digital took such amazing care of me I just had to. From quality of product first most, to the care they give and the on time timeline. I honestly couldn't think of working with another Printing Lab.

The customer service is much better than larger print firms. The one on one attention is the best I've seen and I would highly recommend having your prints done here. It's rare that you get the owner to sit with you for a half an hour to talk about your project.

although it was easy to get a hold of them via phone, absolutely no response if your reaching through email. I ordered a few art prints (giclee) and upon closer inspection at home, they're terrible quality. Everyone i showed them to told me to get my money back since it was so bad. It's blurry and the colors are so-so. Not very vibrant, almost looked dusty. This isn't Giclee quality at all. I double checked my file and settings and sent them over to a graphic designer to double check - yep wasn't me. Either the printer settings weren't adjusted and compression happened or it could be the fact it was a JPG - or perhaps they just didn't care to double check the quality. Definitely didn't get the result I saw from the other yelp review. Two stars for the quality of paper. Unfortunately I get better prints from Staples next to CSUF - which ironically taking the same file printed better there. I'm sure these guys are good with other services since their examples of canvas and acrylic looked great. Wouldn't recommend their art prints.

I was looking for a vendor to print/create images on metal/aluminum. Each time I called with a question, Rick (the owner) answered and was extremely understanding and helpful. He noticed a quality issue before printing and I was able to do additional post processing. The final products were excellent and I would not hesitate to use Fullerton again. They were timely and shipping was also done very professionally. It's rare to find concerned individuals where your goals are aligned to high quality work. Rich and his team are the best.

The team at Fullerton Digital Print can take all my money because their customer service is incredible. Their prints are high quality and the turnaround time is quick. I've used them to print my art on stretched canvas and on watercolor paper and 100% of the time it comes out great. They are professional and friendly. Thank you for all the good work you do!

Excellent service. Totally responsive. Professional. Highest quality final product. Rich, the owner seems totally committed to high standards and whenever I called with questions, he addressed them personally. Even shipping was done safely, securely and was free. I would not hesitate to use Rich and his team again. You feel you have a partner, not just a random vendor.

Had a few personal items to print so a relatively low priced job for them. However, they were all over it and treated me like their best customer. And the quality came out great as well. Will be back!

Awesome experience! Gabri provided consults on my acrylic pics, walking me through the various options. I received them today and they are already up on the wall (the cleats are very slick). Her suggestion of using the metallic paper was perfect. Now I can retire my dull 5x7 and look at these 16x20 vibrant replacements.

This printer is so wonderful. They're responsive and very willing to work with you. Their materials are also good quality, prices reasonable, and easy to get fast no-pressure quotes. Excellent small business. Highly recommend!
