Absolutely no Disney magic in this motel and it shows the bathroom was disgusting almost like someone took a goofy in there and the bedding plus the room itself seemed like Mickey got down with Minnie before me and my family got a chance to settle into it. Management was horrible and took no accountability to change our room and would not fix the water, I would say this motel is more of an amusement park for the owners than Disneyland next door is. Do better

Absolutely disgusting of a motel. Has no livable conditions. I have called the local health department to place a citation on this location. Many rooms have no running hot water or broken showers. The mattresses are flimsy and smelly. The front desk guy keeps saying he’s going to contact the manager but there is no other manager it’s just him avoiding any responsibility.Rooms: Horrible rooms all around

I wish I could give this a ZERO STAR. Made my reservation and received a confirmation number but when I arrived to the hotel they said there wasn't a reservation. The guy at front desk was rude and not helpful at all. He barely spoke english. Asked to speak with a manager or someone above him and nobody was available. Even when I called the next day and the day after that. Ridiculous. They couldn't even accomodate for their error. Do not recommend.

The rooms were straight out of the 80s and haven't been remodeled since. Only 1 accessible outlet. No fitted sheet. Beds were pretty old and kept feeling/hearing the springs. They give you a literal key not the credit card things your swipe on the doors at 99% of other places.The price was super cheap given the last min nature of the booking so if you're just looking for a roof it'll do.Just a fair warning. They want a deposit of $20 in CASH. Let's be honest it's so you forget about it during checkout so they can keep it. If something was to happen, what would $20 cover you know? When checking out the dude was nice went "Ok" and gestured that I was all set. And when I went "and the deposit?" he then looked annoyed and fiddled around with some cash and reluctantly gave me the $20. So don't forget to ask for it back.

I stayed here for Anime Impulse OC for the weekend. The place was alright, though when I checked out, the guy at the front desk seemed like I was bothering him (it was pretty early in the morning when I checked out though so thats a little understandable) and I wasn't given my deposit back (it was only 20 bucks though, so Im not worried about it). Other than that, the room was clean, the place was also pretty close to the Anaheim Convention Center, so props for that. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I may stay here again next time, but in the meantime, please work on the customer service.

It's yuck ?. Smells raw. Old. Dark. Bed springs are no longer good. Door is flimsy. Feels dirty all around. Bed sheets are very white though. Fire sparking electrical plugs. Worst night ever. My mistake for not checking the reviews until after. Checkin was fast.

If I could give it a zero stars I would. The room we stayed in did not look as clean as the photos posted on here from owner. Our mirror was cracked in the room, floors were sticky and very dirty, the room had an odor, and the deadbolt on the door looked like it had been forced off multiple times. The location is the only good thing about this place. I do not at all recommend staying here.

We stayed here for less than 30 mins by then we are already looking for another place to stay. This was an the worst ever. I go to Disneyland 3 times a year and trying to save money this is what I landed to. Yes I should had checked the reviews but I didnt realized the BF booked it already. It smells bad! The AC was all dusty and almost black because it wasnt cleaned! The bed wasnt clean, the bathroom was dirty. I dont know what else to say. It was a disappointment over all. I dont know about the fridge if its working or not but everything else looks worst. I hope they give an upgrade like overall upgrade on this motel before they get shut down. The manager who helped us is helpful tho.

Literally the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I am not a high maintenance person or clean freak by any means, but this place was gross. There are plenty of other cheap hotels nearby that are a lot cleaner.

I was just there the 11th to the 14th and I had no problems there at all we were a group of 6 so we had 2 rooms the only problem I had which wasn't that big was a couple outlets needed fixed but still had more to use it was very quiet there at night and we all felt very comfortable I would stay there again and only like a 20 min straight shot down the road to Disneyland very convenient and good price

Stayed here for 5 days when I first moved to Anaheim and the staff is cool but we had an exhaust pipe in the kitchen that we could see outside through and that was too bad. The room got me to where I needed to get to but I wasn't very pleased

Let me start by saying the person (forgot his name) working there was fabulous, he made sure we got everything we asked for and he was very polite and friendly in doing so. I highly recommend him. However, whoa, I just have to say that you pay for what you get and there is a reason why the room was so cheap. If you aren’t going to use the room much and you don’t need any thing special like ice then this is ideal!

cheapest motel in walking distance of Disneyland! rooms could use some remodeling, and the plumbing drainage. the beds were comfortable! check in was good friendly staff member. had some confusion with direct booking website reservation not showing up. thanks!

This place was the worst place ever! I would NEVER like to stay here again.We were put in a room we didn’t pay for, the room was ghetto, there was graffiti in the drawer, the room looked honestly so bad. The photos we saw of the hotel look nothing remotely close to what we’re staying in.I hope this review will be somewhat helpful and will change your mind on checking into this place.(If I could put negative stars I would=^^=)
