Do not go to this place! They are are liars and thieves! I took one of my RV’s here because it was so close to home and they told me I needed a brand new suspension when I didn’t. My RV has only 24k miles. I took it there because it shook very bad when I drove it over 50 mph. I knew with low miles it was very unlikely it needed a new suspension. Like some other mechanics, I believe they saw a single woman and decide to try and take advantage. I decided to take it elsewhere. I was charged $100 for an estimate by them. I paid it and took my RV elsewhere. I come to find out from the new place, my front right tire was warped. All I needed was a new tire! I was in and out the other place $200 later. If I would’ve believed the guy at Fleet I would’ve been out $3k! So, that’s not all…I called them to give them an opportunity to apologize or something and yet they didn’t. Instead, I got a rude guy telling me, well they didn’t check the front tires…ok…well, you that is reading this…what do you think? Yeah, I don’t recommend this place at all!

We recently contacted Fleet Services through the Spartan Chassis website and connected with Matt via email regarding some ride height issues with our Entegra Coach as we traveled through California. Matt was quick to coordinate an appointment that fit into our schedule. Upon arriving, Matt and his team performed a thorough inspection of our rig and quickly identified the problem. To our surprise, they had everything fixed and had us back on the road within just a few hours—faster than we had anticipated. The entire experience was seamless and professional. I would highly recommend Fleet Services and Matt for anyone needing reliable service in the area.

My first time there. I arrived just before my appointment time and they took care of me right away. I brought in my freight liner motorhome. They took care of all my requested services, went over the inspection they performed and didn't try to sell anything else. The only down side was greasy hand prints near the areas where they were working on the outside of the coach. All in all, the work was completed in a timely manner. Thanks guys!

I want to express my deep disappointment with the complete lack of responsibility shown by this company, as they have completely ignored the questions I sent them via email. I wrote a detailed letter last Thursday and followed up with a phone call, informing them about the email and requesting them to read it and provide me with feedback. The service advisor assured me that they were reviewing it and promised to call back or respond in writing. However, when Monday came around, I sent them another email asking for a response, but they neither replied nor returned my call. It feels as though they have no interest in earning money, but that's alright; I will find another service provider. It's a great disappointment considering that they were recommended by the parts manufacturers.

These guys are crooks!!! They will try to tell you that the entire component needs to be replaced when in fact it just needed a new gasket.

It is a place that I do not recommend to people who do not speak Spanish, they serve poorly and my age has a white friend. For one part and they gave it cheaper than the Latino, I don't recommend it
