Buyer beware. Mood/s dictate level of "service" at this Flawless location! The "manager". Named ryan. Is or can be quite Moody. Another less than enthused employee jake. Follows suit. Sometimes cool. Sometimes Not. Ps. Faulty or defective products happen! Especially in products found with pre assembled coils. Battery etc. that said. Some products are just poorly built and you cant know. Till you find out. I purchased a. Disposable. Nicotine vape. A usual activity of 5+ yrs.... And opened my purchase. With a hint of burnt. And after a 5 min saturation time wait... While we chit chatted etc. Took a pull off the device and found the smell indicative. Burnt product. Ryan was Not interested in my complaint. What so ever! No taste test. Not even a sniff. Just said. Oh man. That sucks. And walked away.... I used to FREQUENT this location. But i guess they didn't care? I leave a review.. a few weeks go by.. i try again.., to do business there. Ryan "greets" me with. Oh. Didn't expect to see you after that review!! I guess he did see it ? But. I asked. Can i do business here. His reply. Im NOT Going to help you! Looks to another employee named Jake. Whom shakes his head no. Ryan says i don't think anyone else here will either. So i walked out ! Made this review previously but i guess Someone complained about it enough I don't know. But i do know i will make the general public aware of the way "business" is conducted at this establishment/ location.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! I placed an order online and was provided tracking info with an expected delivery date. I was home during the entire delivery window but received a “missed delivery attempt” notice in my mail box. I scheduled a re-delivery for the next day which never happened. The “product” got sent back (if it was ever sent out in the first place) and only 50% of my money was refunded. I reached out several times regarding the remaining 50% and was completely ignored. There isn’t a single policy listed in their terms and conditions that they have the right to keep whatever portion of my money they feel like, nor is there a policy about carrier issues. This is a common scam practice where purchases are made, nothing is shipped, and only partial refund is returned to placate the consumer while the faux business makes a profit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING OR ANY HELP FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I've had nothing but great service from flawless vape. Product always comes on time and customer service has been great. Products are priced low and thus is my go to spot for vape juice and accessories.

Ordered Friday got it Tuesday. They don't ship on weekends..Soooo impressed. I ordered 7 bottles of pachama mama and 4 of keep it 100% at $150.00. 10 stars ? This is my new vape site hands down!

Terrible service at the shop, rude customer service and the vape juice I asked for was right behind the cashier and he played the part like he didn't now what I was talking about and tried to make me feel d*** for even asking. And I got overcharged for an item, never going there again and won't recommend to anyone.

My wife and I have gone to Flawless off and on over the past few years. We had recently had less than stellar experiences, so we used other shops. But when our regular shop closed for good, we gave Flawless another chance. And Gabriel restored our faith in Flawless!! Thank you Gabriel! You're a good man and an asset to the store. Gabriel helped us patiently and knowledgeably even though we showed up right before closing. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. We need more people like him in customer service these days.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered a vaporesso luxe x mod, a bunch of pods, and a bunch of juice and received it while I was out of town. When I came back and used the products the mod and every single pod that came with the order was leaking resulting in a huge waste of nicotine juice, stains on my clothes from the device leaking and they refused for me to return or credit me even through I had photos of the mod and pods leaking. To date I've tried every pod out and all of them leaked. However how could anyone test out every single pod to find out all of them leak within 30 days if you ordered a bunch of pods. I go through one pod every two weeks! My order number was FVS341826 incase management sees this. I will NOT recommend this site to anyone. Best prices for defects. That's why everything is priced so low

Love the prices and service but unfortunately I will have to stop using Flawless Vape due to the "Adult signature" requirement. I cannot always be home waiting for my package to arrive and this last shipment I had to go pick up at the post office myself, very inconvenient.

Most of time the employees are very nice, of course you get a stank face every once in a while- but they can't help it lol Don't bother asking any questions, it's best you know what you want because they're not super knowledgeable. Love that they have 0% nicotine items for people trying to quit smoking Pass on the delta 8 vapes though

This place is flawless! It's very clean - unfortunately the customer service is terrible and so is product knowledge from the little girl. I'm going to call the entire process pretty unflawless - not limited to the tattoo work. Normally I dont write reviews unless its a terribly bad experience, unfortunately I explained they didnt have a flavor and it became funny to the girl working there.
