Please beware Firestone uses after market parts. 17975 Magnolia St, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. The Supervisor of the store or Manager would not give me a return receipt for the parts I returned after they damaged my MBZ SUV while attempting to repair it. I paid them $2591.33 and the SUV was still not fixed. I had to take it to MBZ of Irvine who fixed it right the first time. Don't be fooled by their smiling faces or nice door greetings. Oh, I almost forgot, they never returned the money even after I gave the supervisor of Firestone the parts back. Even though the supervisor and manager said they would. Firestone(Bridgestone) is terrible, look them up on BBB to see the facts. This place basically stole money from me.

Please avoid this Firestone location. Sale people here are rude. All they want is to get as much as money from you. No explain for the car conditions, only recommendations to change stuff. They used to be good but not now.

Just save yourself the trouble! The advisor was not pleasant at all. Almost as if it were an inconvenience to him that I needed help. Then proceeded to quote me $1800 for 4 new tires. Please if I am going to pay a pretty penny for new tires I will make sure I am not being like this! The entire atmosphere and my experience at this place was very unpleasant. Do better Firestone. And PLEASE save yourself the trouble and make your way to Discount tires down the street!

Scheduled an appointment on 1/12/2024 at 1pm for an alignment.The nerd in the front counter was focused on being on the phone and working on paper work instead of assisting me / asking if I needed any help.Waited about 10-15 minutes before he decides to help me.When advising him that I had an appointment for an alignment, he then proceeds to tell me to wait , so he can complete more paper work and take it to the shop.I then proceeded to walk out and head to Pep Boys where they gladly welcomed me as soon as I walked in and helped me.Avoid Firestone. This place let a customer walk who was going to spend over $220 for a lifetime alignment.

Called to schedule an appointment.10 minutes before anyone even came to the front. Then told me no appointment had been put on file. Double checked the # I called and indeed it was this location. Said the wait was an hour. What’s the point of an app if no one will write it down or hold the spot open.

Had an appt at 1 , when I was inside the guy was just too busy doing paperwork , answering phone calls and not once bother assisting, got tired of waiting because we notice he had not intention to help so we just left the shop and took our business to pep boys !

O starts. Very bad customer service and bad service they, Dominic Lee, cannot get the parts that one needs even after almost 2 days. Very incompetent device.Dominic always has a very bad attitude and almost looks like he doesn't want to work or something to that nature. Dominic has very bad customer service and is competent.Dominic has a problem with another race dating his black race. She had such an other hateful look at me and my wife were being interracial couple.The other fat Hispanic managers just stand around while Dominic provides horrible customer service.After almost 2 days of wasted Dominic had excuse after excuse about the car parts not being available which he blamed the vendor and was trying to add on more fees.So we ended up with no service being done after almost 2 days of false promises.Stay away from these people they're horrible lazy and with very bad attitude at least Dominic has the worst attitude.

I had an appointment today to perform an alignment, oil change & install 4 new tires I provided..only the alignment & oil change was performed.. when I got to my vehicle. My car was still on and the vehicle was unlocked.. terrible serviceThe service tech only looked like he was only here to work his 8hrs..
