I spent $1400 here to rack and pinion, etc. repair. 3 months later it was doing the exact same thing. Brought it back in and received major attitude. He was so rude that I just went back in, grabbed the keys and took it somewhere else. I've given this shop so much business that to treat me like that is so unacceptable. They've definitely lost my business.

Don't give these people your business, overpriced and will lie through their teeth to get a sale. I bought a tire I needed about two months ago from these people and it was the worst mistake I've made. Just two months in with less than 6k tread and I found a bubble in my tire only to be told the warranty doesn't cover it... So don't listen to these people scam you over "warranties" on tires theyre "premium buys" when they won't honor them and find yourself a more reputable tire store that sells with integrity believe me theres at least 5 down the street, fiesta tire shop should be your last option. Don't do yourself a disservice and suffer the same dissatisfaction and now further loss of finances that I am now suffering.

Would not recommend for anything, but the most basic of auto repairs. No fulltime mechanic; everything common appears to be special event.

Worst experience ever! Went to get an oil change,the fat lady said $45 for regular oil and $79 for synthetic with an advertisement of $24.95. Left the car,came back and fat Jorge with no customers siting doing nothing. After 3 hours ,I come back and he says I have not done it yet since your car need synthetic and I drained it already.he was forcing me to get synthetic because he drained for out.i said I want regular oil and he said your car shouldn't get regular oil .I said so why would you drain it knowing I chose $45 and n9w your forcing me to get $79.No wonder why no one was there,this place is a rip-off...

Worst experience ever!went to get an oil change and the hefty lady. Said it was $45 for regular and $79 for synthetic with and advertisement of $24.95. So I said $45. After 3 hours, I come back and hefty Jorge sitting there and he said he hasn't done it yet since your car needs synthetic. But he drained it already. So after 3 hours, you haven't done anything and now forcing me to get $79 synthetic. This place is a rip-off!!!

Believe the reviews!!! By far the best mechanic shop in Anaheim! Family oriented and owned, honest, reliable and FANTASTIC customer service. I came here with a flat tire for my Ford Edge I was in a hurry and in less than 30 minutes I was out with a new set tires. Last weekend I brought in my daughters car and they make sure it was in good shape for her to start driving for the first time. Couldn't ask for a better service . Thanx again Luz and Gorge for a tremendous work!! They have officially become my family's go to auto shop!

This is JUST based on phone customer service.. I have NOT yet got the service yet.. I will be back to report the outcome of that. Called asked if they had the tire I needed in stock used .. guy says yep gave me a quote and got the hell off the line! Perfect just what I need talk fast yes or no answer ! As just like them I have ish to do! Bravo to that if the service is just as quick They are on my good list.
