My first visit to FERGUSON in Lake Forest, CA was a pleasant one, I was trying to find replacement parts for my toilet bidet, a T connector which I can't find at other stores but only at Ferguson, the best part was the sales person was very helpful, he is kind enough to show me alternatives parts and have solve my problem quickly, he is well knowledge and a courteous young man , his name is Tyoer with good attitude. Thanks to him and his kind service, I will definitely tell my friends about Ferguson and Tyoer.

The slowest people ever . Stood in line for 20 minutes behind only one person ... waiting, waiting, waiting. no one said one word to me . Finally decided to help myself and got someone to help me. I purchased one small bottle , this is the receipt I got . Please care about the environment Ferguson, feels like you are trying to hurt it .

This store is so perfect for people in the construction business especially plumbing. The guys working in this shop are very experienced and knowledgeable and if something is hard to find they will find it cause they did it for me a few times. This is your #1 stop for tools, equipment and parts people.
