they stole my package i went to make a return and the stupid m*********** packaged it wrong. because of this it was returned to me. when i went back to have him fix it he charged me for it then didnt print a new shippping label then didnt seal the package and refused to give me a receipt with a new tracking number. i called dhl and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. i tried to submit a complaint against this a****** but i don't think anything will come of it. dont come here. dont use dhl.

I needed to ship a package to China and the person at the counter told me that they cannot ship ANYTHING to China except for documents due to the trade war we have with them. And that this is across the board with any shipping centers. I went home and did some research and wow....what a full of crap. He straight up lied to me. He was just too lazy to prepare this shipment for me as it required a lot of prep work and legit documents. I actually went to an actual fedex store and was able to ship my package just fine. What a joke.

Arrived at 10:15am Business is Closed. Business Hours 10am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday. There's also someone's mail on the door a brown box for anyone to take..... it's now 10:20am. Business still closed! Waste of my time coming here!!

Got some swag at a convention and needed to ship some things home. Walked in about 10:30am and was simply told by some guy sitting at the desk playing on his phone that they “would be back in 40 minutes.” Don’t have hours posted if you’re not actually open, or have someone cover if you’re going to stay “open.” Waste of time, typing this while I wait for another Uber ride to another shipping services center.

Yelp said open business was open. I drove 10 mins out of my way. Arrived at 9:15. Someone working the other business operating out of the same store said the mail wouldn't open until 10 a.m. Unacceptable.
