3.5 hours late coming out. Expect the drivers to be on time . It's ok for the shipping department to waste our time, and waste our 70 .

I saw your post on Facebook celebrating delivering a championship cup to a game. You have time to celebrate delivering one high priority item, but you can't get my truck load of furniture from Loma Linda to Placentia in two days. Focus on your , you won't have any left. I have already called the manufacturer and advised them they need to look for a company that values their clients or they won't have any either. They have already canceled two deliveries of this product the day it was scheduled to arrive, so I have paid people to be there and not where they could be productive and all I get is I don't know. How about solving problems for your clients and not making problems for your clients.

Yes, you guessed it...like everyone - Continual Delays....and I mean EVERY PACKAGE - EVERY DELIVERY (daily business delivery). Our daily shipments are constantly being updated with "your package is delayed" message and is rescheduled for the next business day. This has been happening for over a year and hurts our bottom line, ruins scheduling and continues to be a factor in loss of $. Encouraging our shippers to use UPS or other carrier due to lack of any customer care or business ethic with this FedEx Facility. It shows quite apparently in these reviews. Most of their employees don't have the greatest thing to say about management here either. Use UPS if you have a choice.

Horrible dispatch the last two packages were delayed so their delivery driver could go through my contents and steal my stuff! Absolutely insane and I am filing a police report against the dispatch and driver this is not ok! If you see your package coming from this location all I have to say is good luck! The staff here have very sticky fingers, FedEx is truly the bottom of the barrel now

Poor service. I walked in and ask to send the package. They refused to take the box. I was sending it in and charged me 11 dollars for a new box! They had never done this before and I sent things in similar boxes. Leadership is not consistent. Avoid if possible. Go to UPS or USPS instead.

So my son started his new job yesterday only to get let go because his manager, Addul, lied about him not working and said he was sitting down all day. My son did what he was told the whole 8 hours and felt like there was a racial discrimination issue because of a language barrier between him and the Manager and he was the only black in the cleaning crew. I get it when culture's wanna stick together, but don't go and lie about my son and mess up his opportunity at getting another job. If anyone has information on him, I want to file a complaint.

I hope this place get shut down the driver are lier and say they couldn’t deliver my packages . multiple packages of mine have been delayed from this exact location because they don’t want to bring it up the stairs but then when I try to compromise, they fell to leave the package at the location so I can pick it up. This happens to many time for me do better or get some real men on your team to lift heavy items

Scheduled 2 delivery appointments where Fedex was a no show.. Lied to by customer service rep stating there was issue with my address and she didn't file a claim as promised. Originally was 2 day ground delivery, 8 days later, I am still waiting...
