Do yourself a favor and have you packages rerouted to an actual FedEx Store. I chose this location because it’s right next to my house and because it’s open later than most FedEx stores. My package was rerouted due to high value and needing a signature which I was not going to be home during delivery. The package was rerouted to this location, but I was never notified that it was ready for pickup. I finally got in contact with someone from FedEx and they said, “they have the package, just go to the store and give them the description.” Mind you, the FedEx Onsite is supposed to notify that your package was ready for pickup. The lady had asked me when I arrived, “did it say you package was ready for pickup?” I said, “no, probably because it was never checked in?”If need be, just reroute it to an actual FedEx store.

Don’t even bother. No supplies whatsoever. FedEx…why do you even offer this NON-SERVICE!

They said it was a pick up and drop off location but were not able to help me because they do not have tape or anything for the packages . Also they don't print labels. Even if you have a QR Code it seems like that's too much of a hassle for them. I was told to just go to an actual FedEx center a few miles away from here . Honestly, might be a better idea . The feedback I received here made me feel like they don't know what to do. Rather not risk my package getting lost.
