Came in here around 4pm. No line. Walked up to the nearest employee who scanned my pre-labeled package with no issue. Got my receipt and I was on my way. I can't believe I never knew about this location before since you wouldn't notice it in the business area it's in. There's plenty of parking and spaces. There's even a drop box outside if you can bypass getting your package scanned. I recommend FedEx drop offs here!

I actually hate fedex bro. I understand that there has to be an adult to sign for certain packages, but ACTUALLY COME AT THE TIME YOU SAY. i am HARDLY ever free, and when i am free, the guy isnt here? why? why tell me he will be here within a range of time, then i get a notification 4 hours after that has passed, and said he tried to make the delivery? i dont get it.

Good luck getting your package out of here if you specifically redirected it here; you need two forms of Id according to the employee who took his just a bit too serious tonight. So I showed my Id that has my old address and he wanted another form of proof I was who my government issued Id stated haha had to show a bank statement. Then he didn't handle me my package, just set it closer to him and had me reach for it! Talk about bad customer service SHEEEESH what a way to start my weekend! Stay safe y'all!

Had a package redirected to this FedEx pick-up location since I didn't want to risk it getting lost trying to be delivered at work. Easy parking. This FedEx spot is located in a business park that was practically empty when I stopped by here a little after work, around 530pm on a weekday. Tons of available parking spots in front and on the side of the building. No lines. Friendly and efficient staff. Two clerks up front, one helping someone else when I walked in - was immediately greeted, the clerk remembered me from my phone call less than an hour earlier. Retrieved my package, was able to sign for it after showing valid ID, and was on my way. Will definitely use again as a pick-up location and for shipping out.

This staff consistently makes my life easier when I need to correctly package and ship items. They are always super friendly, and make everything an absolute cake walk, and they do it with impressive time efficiency. Every time I need to ship, I come here. There's even closer locations to me, by my home. But I choose this one to remain loyal!

Update: They charged my credit card to deliver my package in a specific window only they never delivered it. I had to go pick up the package the next day at fed ex. They will not refund the charge. It is on my credit card and I have to pay it . It is NOT a pending charge. It is a an amount due charge already approved. Fed ex claims they dont see the charge and I have to keep calling them back until they see it. They will not credit me and they will not note the account to credit me. I have to pay my credit card and keep calling fed ex to try and get a refund.

Thanh Le assistance management was very helpful. I came in with boxes to drop off for FedEx and he took them all. The actually FedEx location on Kimberly only take 5 packages and there an actual FedEx store. Thank you Walgreen for hiring a great employee like Thanh.

So I bought a sound bar and FedEx was the carrier that was used for shipping. Ordered on Monday paid extra for overnight night delivery. Checked the tracking and it said " on truck and out for delivery by the end of the day " Waited all day and at 6 it said " delivery attempt made custom not home " I waited all day so that was a lie, it also said I could pick up at the shipping center between 6 and 8. Went there to pick up and was told driver was not back from his route. Was also told that the " boss" called him and he was told that he needed to go back to my house and deliver the package that night. Never showed up. So it's been 4 days and I'm still waiting for my "overnight delivery " I really don't understand how companies can treat there customers with such little respect. I HATE FEDEX!

Walked in today to send some packages 3/31/20 at 10am back to spectrum and the lady there was super unhelpful. I was told by spectrum that fedex knows how to handle their packages so i went in without any worry. The lady at fedex told me that she could put a return to sender sticker on it and i said that would be fine. She then said lets open it to make sure there was not a shipping sticker inside, after opening she said there was not one. She then tells me that since she opened it that i would need to pay for shipping or call spectrum to get a shipping sticker. So if ur looking for help this is t the place to send stuff. I know we are dealing with the corona virus situation but you don't have to make it weird lady.

Ordered a case of wine and had it delivered here since I wasn't going to be home on delivery day. The office would be easy to find if not for the insane construction going on on St College Blvd, but if this detail doesn't apply at the time you're reading this, then great. =) The young woman working the counter when I arrived was very friendly and quick. My shipment was stored properly and not crushed or dented despite my not being able to pick it up for almost two weeks. Maybe I got lucky when I visited because everything was fast and I was out of there in under three minutes.

Slowest place in town. Came in here today to just mail one package and it takes a worker 20 minutes to check out one customer. Dont go here unless you got lots of time to kill.
