Ulises is an extremely kind and respectful person. He went over every detail, things I didn't even think of, and he was very thorough. He is a patient person w/ a gentle heart! Loved my experience...I thought it was going to be complicated but Ulises made it a simple transaction!!! Thank you!!!

I use this FedEx several times a month, sometimes weekly. The team here is always kind, efficient, and helpful! I've had especially good interactions and experiences with Mayra and Dan. Everyone here at some point has gone above and beyond to help me with my printing needs and my projects always come out great. This is the only place I will go for printing. Thank you so much to the team at this location for always making me feel like a valued customer and always doing the best work!

I've been a consistent customer of this particular location and the reason I go out of my way to this location is because of the customer service here. Josie and Ulysses in particular are incredibly great to deal with here. Their knowledge and professionalism is just outstanding. Every time I come here I leave with a perfect printed product. The staff was very helpful. Daniel was able to help me with a rush printed poster that I needed for a graduation. I was able to walk in place the order and out within 30 minutes. Thank you!

Very nice staff and a solid FedEx location. My issue with FedEx as a whole is that they support a program called "rush my passport" which is a major scam. Instead of paying $60 to expedite the process in 5 weeks, they'll charge you well over $200 and what they basically do is fill out the passport renewal form for you. Then when you send in the form, you have to pay for the actual renewal which is also over $200. FedEx knows this is going on but will still promote this and not warm you at all. They also say they're not trained in it so they won't help you, but they for sure know that it's a scam. Absurd

Fast and reliable. I called this place to have something printed for 36x12 today. Staff were nice and they had it ready to go in less than 30mins. Amazing!

I tried to drop off package with label shortly after closing but was denied. The package already had a label just needed to drop off, but little person with mustache just made a rude remark. Unprofessional and poor service!I guess I'll have to switch business to UPS.

I went into this location today and received the worst customer service. I walked in with my FedEx box and my pre paid ground shipping label attached. Mind you, I was recycling my used Express box that was in great condition. The guy at the counter would not take it because the box said "express". So I said "ok give me that fat sharpie and I'll cross it out" and he said "no" . He told me that I had to purchase a new box to put this box inside of so you couldn't see the express wording. I offered to go home and put stickers all over the box to cover any signs of the word "express" he told me that I couldn't do that because he still knew that the box was an express box and he wouldn't take it. So I had to buy a box and now will never used this location or FedEx again.
