Spoke to a woman by the name of Sonya Vartos and she was so incredibly rude. She took what i was telling her personal. Was so condescending and no help at all. After reading these other reviews i would say their counselors need to enroll into a communications class.

Unbelievable. Horrible. They are only going to help you if you have a winnable claim/case, like racial discrimination.

their siding with the landlords makes me very suspicious.I wonder if the landlords of orange county are paying them.
