My visit was short. A friend of mine recommended me this place for the prices as opposed to other car rental services and so I went in asking for an economical car for a week. The representative wasn't very helpful answering questions. She lied about her inventory to try to sell me on higher-end car. When I decided to go it's when she started offering the economic cars that I asked from the beginning. She just acted like she misunderstood me all from the beginning. I hope others don't get treated the same since this seems to be a good company. 10.24.22, 11:05am

Terrible service I rented a Kia and they told me that if I had full cover insurance it would cover me to rent that Kia and then after 3 days they charged me for extra insurance that they put on you because supposedly mine didn’t cover me and they charged me 230 dlls for almost a week what I pay for a month in my bmw which is 275 per month has passed ?

This is one of the worst experience I had with a rental car. The car was unsanitized astringent smell astringent I had dog and cat hair all in bedded in the floor in the in the seats I had an allergic reaction and also it has a asthma attack and I got a migraine I told them I was allergic and they guaranteed that there was no animals in the car and that it was sanitized and cleaned and this was not true to say the least. Because we rented the car at the end of the day they just said yes yes and push this through we have a big deposit there and the price gouge that they did on the outside which they give us no receipt for cash payment or deposit and they told us that this is the way they do so they don’t have to pay taxes. It was filthy on the inside dirty looks like it’s never been cleaned and when I told her she simply said that she’s sorry and they don’t matter

BAD Faith!I would have given it one star but they were really nice to me (nice kids hanging around and the rates are low) when I started the process but not so much when I finish the process.I initialed the no pet policy without realizing it and they wanted to charge me $250 for a detailing that took me a half hour and $2.00 in quarters to Remove all the pet hair from the back area.They still charge me $90 because there were traces of hair in the front seat where my dog was nowhere near (I realized no amount of hair removal would satisfy) I had tracked it in from the house. They disagreed and I insisted that the car have no trace of dog hair which is impossible.All that said, as I explained to them, that $90 will not go that far and to loose a customer and referrals (which is free advertising) they made a costly mistake - one they will regret!

Dump! Called before I came to check car availability and a girl says come on over. I show up and place is locked with no lights on. I call and a guy picks up and states ring the buzzer. Lol.... Really? So I do that and still no response. Cars in back are beat up and windows are broken. Place looks shady like a front for a crackhouse.

The owner Tersea never gets back to you and doesn't have any idea of her real inventory and is super rude. First they quoted me a certain rate then when she called she quoted me a much higher rate for a car she doesn't even know if she has it. Would stay far away from this place if you can. They are out to take your money and screw you.
