We purchased $6650 in laminate flooring. We remodeled the front half of our house so we have only used half of it. There are chips on the edges of many planks. Our contractor blames the poor quality of the flooring. Hadi says the contractor wasn't careful when he installed the flooring. I don't know who's at fault. But it's very upsetting to have a brand new floor full of chips. I had no idea that this type of flooring was so fragile. It seems to have the strength of an eggshell.

Express Carpet (Hadi and Rob) are very easy to work with and had tons of quality product to choose from. Their pricing is very fair and they had a lot in stock so we didn't have to wait. They were very responsive from start to finish. The wood is gorgeous! The installation crew is professional and thorough. We will definitely use them on our next project!

Hadi at Express Carpet is amazing to work with. We are rental property owners/managers and general contractors and have used Express Carpet for years. Most recently I had to unexpectedly replace carpets in a rental days before Christmas!! I called them up and they were able to get this done for us within our limited time constraints and at a decent price. Definitely give them a shot for carpet and vinyl flooring!

We hired Express Carpet & Flooring in Anaheim to redo our law firms flooring. We were introduced to them by a previous client who had used their services.We could not be happier with the quality selection and prices they have to offer. Express has supplied our laminate flooring requirements on several existing locations we have as well as new TI projects that came up. They are fast and even did an all nighter once when the pressure was on (us) to have the doors open the next day. We hold them in very high regard!

I used Express carpet to replace 1900 sqft carpet with luxury vinyl plank. Very reasonable price for the material. The installers were 11 out of 10. Very professional, great attitude. Sunny, Sam and Chris --so hard working and specially their attention to the detail amazed me. Sunny even helped me pick the location of my recess light in my loft with my electrician. I have used many many GC's , contractors, roofers, painters, electrician but no one even comes close to these guys when it comes to quality and customer satisfaction. Highly highly recommended

I first went to Express Carpet in January 2017 because I needed flooring for my office. At the time I went from store to store on State College in Anaheim looking for a particular color. I had already been to about six stores that day when I entered Express Carpet. When I told Hadi what I was looking for, he immediately showed me US Floors Coretec Plus samples and I instantly knew I wanted the Accolade Oak color.The Coretec Plus is waterproof and will never swell and it can be installed over the existing hard floor surface with its cork backing with no messy glue. Best of all though, Hadi gave me a price that was a full 49 cents lower than the best price I could find on Coretec Plus.Due to extended negotiations with my landlord my purchase was delayed until this month but now that it is installed I could not be happier with Express Carpet's sales and installation of such a fine product.

Rob was very patient and supportive as I took over a month to decide whether or not I was actually going to install wood, tile, or just leave my flooring as is. They gave me the time and space to make my decision without pressuring me. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire renovation process. I decided to install hard-wood and it looks absolutely phenomenal! The boys, Sunny and Sam, who installed it were very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I did not feel uncomfortable leaving them to work in my house without me there.Their attention to detail is impressive. They were very courteous and were sure to keep me updated with their progress. They completed the job in the time frame they gave me and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I will, without a doubt, refer Express Flooring to anyone who is contemplating changing their flooring.

Friendly service. My family bought wood flooring from here but then had the misfortune of a house fire several months later. During rebuild, we searched countless other places looking for wood and comparing pricing again to be sure. We found one particular wood flooring at another store, however we appreciated the service here, Carpet Express. We returned and the owners were not only able to order the same wood for us, but even offered it for a cheaper price and shipping time was better too. Definitely appreciated.

I was in need of carpet quickly, I went into express carpets on St.College, told the owner what I needed and brought a sample with me. Hadi the owner, came and measured my carpets that day, gave me a great price and delivered and installed the carpet 2 days later. The installers were very good also, they finished quickly-and cleaned up too. I will use Express Carpets again. And I would recommend you try them also.

The owner, Mr.Hadi, gave a great price for an excellent Laminate and high quality rubber padding and had it ready without any hassle. Additional material was arranged quickly. Excellent experience. I recommend it.
