Driver was great. Items arrived timely. Unloading process was seamless. Only issue was I don’t feel the wt. I was charged for was accurate.

Interstate move- The driver, Alberto and the two state teams were terrific: on time, efficient, polite, very careful with my possessions, quick and exactly what I hoped for in a moving crew. Would definitely recommend this company for any move!

Interstate move: Very professional company and easy to communicate with. Jose the driver was fabulous and the crews he had to load and unload were both outstanding! Everything arrived intact and within the time we were given.we had some large very heavy items and they handled them amazingly. I would recommend North American and specifically driver Jose.

Well, our belongings arrived at our new house. And for the most part, the moving staff were nice. But we had a few issues that were really discouraging. The team broke a tote and said it was that way when they found it. They broke handles off totes and said that was how they found them. Although I personally had packed those totes only hours before and they were not damaged. After re-assembling furniture at the destination, they left a box of miscellaneous hardware and after review we found it was nuts, bolts, and washers that they didn’t install on reassembled furniture! Now I have to go dissemble several pieces to find where they missed the hardware. We had two expensive children’s blankets from Pottery Barn that unfortunately were similar color and size as their moving blankets. Not a big deal that they accidentally grabbed them when cleaning up, but when the driver refused to look for them once we noticed before they left because he had already closed up his truck and wanted to leave. Lastly they left all plastic and paper wrap in our yard waste bin full to the brim. All this after I tipped them hundreds of dollars and bought them meals on both ends. I don’t know if this is typical of all moving companies, but it leaves me wanting to try a different mover next time.

You damaged a lot of my furniture. Some examples of just our dining chairs in the photos, we have many more photos. Your team took time wrapping pens and coasters in 7 layers of paper to but then moved furniture unwrapped and exposed. You jammed our stuff into many trucks, ruining expensive furniture and yet we paid your company a LOT of money. We didn’t push down your price because you sold us quality..

We had an absolutely fantastic moving experience! The two gentlemen who assisted us were not only punctual but also incredibly efficient, handling everything with utmost care. Moving can be an inherently stressful process, but they alleviated all our worries. A big shoutout for helping us seamlessly coordinate our cross-country move. We couldn't be happier with the service provided!

Thank you for the stress free move to Washington from OC! I chose Executive because they were a family business. The entire team was hardworking and efficient while the office staff was professional and knowledgeable. No damage or lost items. Fernando the lead was the best mover I've ever used... and I've moved frequently. The price came in less than the quote which also made me happy. If I ever move again or need storage I'll be calling Justin at Executive.

It was a very big move for us and a lot of work to finalize the details of the move. Bill Bird provided us with excellent customer service from start to finish. We had done a local move several years ago with a highly rated company and had a LOT of our furniture damaged. We were very concerned about making a much longer, out-of-state move.All of our concerns were put to rest, however. The team at Executive Moving Systems was fast, efficient and even came in at slightly less than the amount quoted. The only thing damaged was a result of my packing, and it was a trivial item, to boot.The team contacted me the night before to let me know when they were coming, showed up on time, were clean, courteous and got straight to work. Anything I left unpacked they wrapped meticulously, and all of my furniture was completely covered with blankets and plastic wrap. As I said, not a thing was damaged, including my home on either end!I simply cannot imagine a better moving experience. I would not hesitate to use them again.
