This place gives average car washes. My truck never is dry after the hand dry and almost always has streaks. Yet, their guys always get my tip. My main issue and feedback for anyone coming here is never purchase the prepaid car washes if you have an SUV or any size truck. They still charge you 4 dollars at the door for being "oversized." I've had multiple conversations with their manager and front guys over this given both a sign hanging on their wall and their own prepaid tickets say the charge is $1 dollar for a "truck" and $2 for an "oversized" truck. I drive a Tacoma and they charge me 4 bucks. If the quality of their services was better I wouldn't mind but it's not. Done with this "Business."

I forgot how much I spent for detailing, but I remember it was cheaper or around the same than other places I called. I came to clean the inside and outside of my friends old car that was stained on the seats, dusty on the surface, and crumbs on the floor. Euclid hand car wash did an amazing job in under two hours making the interior look almost brand new. Everything was cleaned spotless except one small stain that seemed a lot harder to get rid of than the others (which was OK). I didn't expect them to clean it this good in the first place. I would recommend coming here if your car is a total wreck inside. I would come back to detail my personal car when it gets dirty inside. I would recommend testing them out.

The prices are way more expensive than what is presented on the board outside. They also charge an additional $15 for hand car wash. This place was never like this before. It sucks because the guys do well with hand washing the car but I am not paying an additional $15 for that. Now i have to look else where to get my car washed.

I really wanted this place to work out since it's down the street but it didn't.You would think that all tiers of washes would be 100% hand-washed based on the massive sign outside but they're not. What they actually do is put your car on a conveyer and send it through the tunnel. I pulled up to the back of the lot and was told that my never-lowered, non-modded coupe with the same ground clearance as a regular sedan might be too low for the conveyer and since they don't want to damage it, they will need to actually hand-wash it for an extra $15. I would've left right then but I desperately needed a good wash due to numerous sap and bird droppings so I ponied up to see what kind of a job they could do.The wash was super fast, leading me to believe that they didn't really too much beyond soap, scrub, and a hose down. I chose the cheapest tier (no interior work/vacuum) since I was not planning on paying an extra $15 when I went and with tip, the total came out to $38. I gave the stars for successfully removing the droppings, which is why I went in the first place. But I could've done the exact same thing myself at a self-wash for $10-15, which is what I did the following week. I won't be returning.

I tried to come in for a hand car wash assuming the silver/gold/etc washes were all hand washes until he asked me if I wanted hand car wash and that would be $15 extra… I’m sorry but if you have a big sign smack dab posted out front that says “100% hand car wash” and your wash packages DO NOT include the hand car wash, that makes me feel very misled. I told him right away that I changed my mind. Especially since I already felt like I wasn’t going to have my car taken care of here. When I asked about what the difference was between the exterior dressing and the wax, he jabbed at my car while explaining the difference, which I didn’t appreciate. I tried to figure out if I wanted a car wash here by calling about prices and such, and it would have been highly appreciated to have mentioned the washes do NOT come with hand wash. And that is an extra price apparently. Wasted my time trying. And I previously tried to come in physically on Friday around 4pm too but because I had stuff in my trunk, they wouldn’t service my car. So keep that in mind that they won’t let you unload things from your car to get it vacuumed. You need to come in with a relatively empty car. I should have known this place would not be up to my standards by that experience alone.Highly don’t recommend.

Horrible customer service from the man giving out the tickets he wants to decided what wash you need! Not what you’re asking for, specially if you have truck or bigger car, I don’t know maybe even smaller cars. He’s always very rude. Always over charging for a regular wash and vacuum so check your tickets when paying. Cashier is very nice and the other guys do a great job.

Took my car to get washed still dirty sent pictures took my car back a day later. Inside cleaned well but instead of putting my car they the wash to correct there errors with water spots the dry washed it and spread dust to a clean car. Should have asked how much i had to pay to wash the car and fix their mistakes. Worst car wash i have ever had

Came here on an early Thursday morning and they rejected my car due to PPF. I've gotten it washed here once before and no issues. This time the manager or whomever said no wraps allowed on the track. They tried to sell me on a hand wash that was double the price. I explained I've done it before and had no issues but he wouldn't allow me. Guess I can't come back Model 3 with PPF

40$ for just a mediocre wash and vaccum. Think about that for a second. Just because of the make of your car they try to rip you off. They exclude your car from the other advertised services for that $40 package and just try to upsell you with shady tactics.

This place went down hill really quick with the new owners. They had so much more staff that actually washed, vacuumed and wiped down your car well but now it’s a different story. When ever I go depending who is there or if one of the owners is there they try to sell me a more expensive package that I can care less about. Today when I went I was told my brand new car is 2-3 years old by one of the owners but little did he know I bought my car less than a year ago, 0 miles and it’s a 2023 model. I bit my tongue because I was trying to be respectful and didn’t reply to his wild guess. Having said this it got worse, it was not vacuumed properly and the funny thing is my car was filthy from the outside but the inside was clean because no one sits in my car besides myself and a family member once in a blue moon. The person who “wiped my car dry” left so many water stains and didn’t wipe down the inside of my trunk. Many hours later I went to pump gas when I noticed a stain on the hood of my car. I thought it was some sticky substance that just needed to be wiped down but when I tried to wipe it down with car wax I soon found out the paint was actually melted/chipped off. At this point I am so enraged I will never return to this place that definitely needs management skills and better training on what car products should and should not be used.

Incompetent and they don't listen to the customer at all. I said I understood that the water sports wouldn't be removed and that I was fine with that outcome but they keep just saying "no no they won't come out" I GET THAT! I JUST WANTED A WASH NOT THE SPOTS REMOVED! worthless and not worth the headache please go somewhere else and save your money
