The staff member (Howard) was very professional during my visit to Enterprise Car Rental. He was able to process my bill and car return very quickly. The over all visit was a 5 Star experience.

The office located at Savy Ranch is the best Enterprise location to rent from.Nick is the most helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable representative that we have dealt with. He makes your car rental experience the nicest and streamline event. Rent from this location you will not disappointed! Nick is a great asset to Enterprise Rent a car!!

Why is this location active on Enterprises website and on Yelp? This location has been closed for two years according to the rep - Barbara - from the Yorba Linda store. Oh, and, the car I rented from this location at the excellent rate that was posted 8 months ago when I rented it? It doesn't exist either. I'll never rent from Enterprise again.

Made my reservation in March 2021 for July 23rd. Received a call 7/20 at 11:00 AM to advise they don't have this class of car and that nothing has been retained for my rental. Essentially, I'm screwed. Not, we'll help you. Not, let us find you other cars. Not, let us get you TWO cars for the one that you were going to rent which class we don't carry at this branch. Not, we're sorry. NO APOLOGY. NO REMORSE. NO CARE. NO MORE.

Made a reservation for a 12 seater passenger van 4wks ago, get a call the day before we are to picking up vehicle, that sorry they over booked and no longer have a vehicle. The day before, please be careful when making a reservation, Enterprise cares nothing about you and very unprofessional on how they do business.

After my review of your service, you sent a response asking me to send you an email. To do what? Read the rest of the reviews! Your company needs to focus on training the staff, not to keep on asking consumers to contact you. We are all complaining about the same. Your customer service is bad! I just rented two vehicles from your competition and it was great! Why? Because I was treated with courtesy and respect. Is this too much to as for?? Save money on advertising and spend it in training!

I went to THREE enterprise locations and they were all absolutely the worst. Call center is just as terrible. First off, reserved the car a few weeks in advanced. I called to verify I could use a debit card. They said after I reserved it online to call ack and they will run a check on me. Inconvenient as it was, I called back and they said my check was fine and I didn't need to provide any more details. Mind you I have a credit card prefer to not use it. But great everything is ready to go! Show up on the day my rental was for, I walk in and was told they were going to call me and tell me that didn't have a car for me. I reserved a standard SUV and my only option was a small Ford Focus. I have a Camry and needed something bigger for a bit. A little annoyed at this point as I had my my drive up and pick me and my two year old up to get this rental. The man working (blond guy) does nothing at all to try and help me. NOTHING! I asked to see the truck and he throws me the keys. I asked if he can look for another one and he said he tried. At this point o take matters into my own hands. I call the call center and was told that they had one in Fullerton. The reservation is changed. We head to Fullerton only to find out that even though we received an reservation change and confirmation, they don't have the car we want. Again I jump on the phone with the call center and ask that they check availability and confirm the vehicle is actually there. After about 20 minutes, They find one in Placentia. Mind you this is not too far from the first location. We head over there and I walk in and the guy in the office is already frazzled and said he tried to call me. I had given my phone two my two year old to watch a movie on the drive from Fullerton to Placentia since he was becoming inpatient. He was calling to inform me that despite the call center confirming they called, he didn't have the car. I literally wanted to cry out of frustration. I explained me story and he said well I actually do have one. He started the paperwork asked for my ID and credit card. I handed him my debit card plus my ID. He now informs me he cannot accept my debit card. He needs a utility bill or paycheck. I didn't bring my credit card but explained that I had called and worked it all out. He said nothing was done and noted. I scrambled through anything I could find on my phone and showed him a payment to my account and some utility reminders with my account info and address. He agrees to let me rent the car after a few other interrogation about why I didn't rent it closer to my house (read above). I finally have the car rental and we go to inspect it, it's filthy! Center drink holders have junk on them there are hair ties and hair. It was nasty. I asked if it was washed and was told yes. I said this is disgusting and was told they would wash it up. They ended up giving me another disgusting car (see picture) I was so over it o took the car and had it washed. What a fail enterprises. Several of your employees said your reservation system sucks and doesn't show true availability. They are frustrated and annoyed and not providing the service to your customers. I'll never rent from you again. I can't wait to drop this junk off to you. I'll be sure to leave it clean and with a fill tank of gas as a pay it forward to the next renter. Your call center wanted me to chase down a regional manager. I've put enough time into you. You have my info and can call me should you want to discuss

Limited supply of cars. Have to pick up cars from other locations. Make sure you check the car thoroughly before driving car even if your in a hurry. They will nickel and dime you for gotcha damages when you return it. Go to Budget or Avis in YL instead. I will never use this rental company again and will start using Budget for our company travel rental cars effective immediately.

Javier Zarco (Asst Mgr) was extremely helpful when I needed a last minute car. I was having work done on my Jeep next door and he stayed an extra hour past closing time to make sure I received a car and could fill out paperwork. Javier made the entire process easy and straightforward. I 100% recommend using this Enterprise location, especially if you are fortunate enough to work with Javier.
