I had a really disappointing experience at Embassy Suites. When we arrived at 4:45 pm, our room wasn’t ready, even though check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 pm. We had to wait until 5:20 pm just to get into the room, which was not a great start.
Once we got to the room, the problems kept coming. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable throughout our stay. On top of that, there was a terrible sewage smell that came up from the bathroom sink every few hours. It was unbearable at times.
The room itself was very dated and didn’t feel clean at all. The furniture was old and worn, and there was dust in several places. The whole room, and even the hotel, felt like it hadn’t been properly maintained. Dirty common areas and two out of four elevators not working added to the frustration, with long waits just to get around.
To make matters worse, after leaving an official complaint and review with Embassy Suites directly, I never heard back from them. There was no follow-up or acknowledgment, which just shows how little they seem to care about their guests’ experience.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I can’t recommend this hotel. I won’t be staying here again.

I want to extend a huge thank you to John and Nathan! Despite the complications with my reservation—completely my fault—they were incredibly kind and helpful. I had mistakenly booked the wrong hotel and needed to switch to another location. They were knowledgeable and guided me through the process with ease. Even though we hadn’t planned to stay there for our vacation, John and Nathan’s hospitality made me wish we could!

Extremely disappointed with the overall experience!
Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the poor state of cleanliness in the hotel. The room we were assigned was run down, with an unpleasant odor. The room was extremely stuffy, as the A/C was not working. This made it extremely uncomfortable to relax or even stay in the room. Despite reporting these issues to the staff, they were not addressed adequately. A maintenance worker was sent to the room to investigate the issue and change the filter out as if that would address the issue. In my opinion it was to make it seem as if they were trying to address our concerns knowing it would not make one difference.
To make matters worse, I found the hotel staff to be unhelpful. When I attempted to raise my concerns, the staff responded in an unprofessional manner, adding they would send a fan to our room, which only added to the unpleasant experience. This lack of basic hospitality and service was shocking.
Please do yourself a favor and find another hotel

Older property but very nice. Breakfast was good, as was happy hour. The Arctic route ARTs bus stops at hotel. Arnash was particularly helpful at check in. Pool is indoor and heated. It also has a hot tub, and arcade.

Rooms: Not embassy suites standards, maintenance repairs made, and that are needed noticeable throughout the room
Safety: outside of the hotel, definitely sketchy.
Noteworthy details: Parking is $25 a day, tow trucks on-site scanning the parking lot seemed like 24-7. They say it's run by 3rd party, and when you scan the QR code, it's embassy suites.

I was surprised when got kicked out from the coin show today after one minute after entering with the reason that I am not the welcome person. Be ready that can happen to you too.
Update: I did it first thing. The event organizer person - Kerry Pieropan, doesn't want to explain anything about this situation

Toilet was loose/broken from the floor. Black stain in the shower stall. Screen door on the sliding doors has big holes, sliding door has black mold around the white metal trim. Bird dung splattered all over the side of the building and patio/deck. Spanish roof tiles broken and missing off the corner of roof that over hangs the patio/deck areas and lower roofs of other areas of the building. Lower roof tops has trash debris, soda cans, sandwich wraps plastic. AC/Heat exchange register overhead in the kitchen area leaks water all over the tile floor. Room service is offered, however, when you call, you get the front desk, placed on hold for more than 10 minutes. Leave the room and go to the lobby it takes 15 mins. by elevator, 1 out of the 4 elevators are broken. Un monitored children playing "ride the elevators to all 7 floors" while their parents are in the bar or restaurant mezzanine/pool area pre occupied, or in the Arcade room. Bar and Restaurant close at 10pm according to the brochure cards in the room, only to learn that at 9:25pm last call on all food and drinks. While the AC in working to cool the room down, after sunset, open the sliding patio doors to help cool the room only to hear back up beepers on vehicles and staff members moving equipment around all night long. Tenants pay $25.00 a day/night to park only to find that the club/bar patrons in the same parking lot hang all over your vehicles to jack jaw talk while waiting to enter/leave the bar.
No security/short staffed/equipment failure/lots of noise
Spent $202.33 a night, $$25.00 a day to park. I can stay down the street at the Comfort inn or Motel 6 for alot less $$$ and deal with the same CRAP!

As noted by others, sinks smelled like sewer. Minimal towels and had to ask for more toilet paper, when they brought it they just left 1 roll. Our room overlooked a metal recycling plant which was loud and had bright lights. The exterior sliding door was old and a lot of outside heat came through (2 of 4 night stay were temps over 100). This place is directly off a highway with nothing else around except the night club mentioned. Over a couple of days they were doing maintenance on one elevator, including resealing the glass and paneling. They were using a very strong smelling adhesive, which created strong smell in our room. I complained to front desk, who said they'd look into it, but never got a return call. Had to smell it for 2 days. Would never stay there again!

Don’t stay here. The rooms are old and run down, beds are uncomfortable, feels like a seedy motel. This hotel has systemic issues, management will respond that they care and are sad they didn’t meet expectations and all that but nothing will change. I remember this hotel being alright before the pandemic. Went to hell in a hand basket afterwards. Also the breakfast, OMG what happened to it? At least The embassies had a good breakfast but this is not even Hampton Inn level breakfast. This hotel needs a complete renovation or it will continue its slow decay. I’ll remember not to stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! First off, they charge $25 for parking which is complete crap. This hotel isn't near anything off importance to charge for parking. Secondly, the breakfast is abysmal. Toaster doesn't work, coffee is worse than at a diner in Alabama, not that many other options than eggs, sausage and potatoes. Pool is tiny. Rooms are outdated. There are better hotels to stay at that are cheaper, with better breakfast and they don't charge for parking.
