Came here to look at a dress. Walked in and the lady saw me but didn't acknowledge me or say anything. Another 2 people came in about paying for something and the owner helped them but didn't help me. So I left. Poor customer service. You will be ignored!

I had my quince here back in 2013 and had my wedding about a year ago, I did it at their grand palace location and as always I loved it! My 15 was the best a girl Can dream of, my wedding on the other wasn't bad but I know it could have been better, I am not disappointed because It's not that big of a deal I guess... but my advice to y'all is don't do weddings here, do quinces and any other party but they don't seem to know that much on weddings or do them often maybe that's why things went wrong for mine... but overall I will still come here and do another party event.

I only post bad reviews so people are aware of terrible service. I dj'd an event at Brookhurst Plaza Inn and the old Mexican security Gaurd with hard accent was rude and harassing me and my wife to hurry up and pack my DJ equipment. I've never had the issue of being rushed and I've been djing for over 15 years! Terrible customer service! They carry guns but I believe there fake. There's also a 2nd gaurd with him, he's younger and learning how To patrol in the wrong way. They need to train these idiots, just because they carry guns doesn't make the invisible.
