Garbage. I’ve been calling since 1 pm and they said the gift was in transit. Called at 4 and the same information was given that he was in transit. At 6 pm they said the driver was in Tustin and going to me next. Lies again. She put me on hold and then told me the driver needed to pick up the order at the Anaheim store then go to me. He was ten mins away from the store and so I’m guessing he should be here within the hour. We have dinner reservations tonight and edibles really didn’t come thru. Very disappointed , very unprofessional. Can I even get a refund? It’s 7pm and I’m about to leave to dinner without my flowers for my wife’s 30th birthday. Not getting lucky tonight. Thumbs all the way down

I would rate “0” stars if I could. I ordered a Valentine’s Day platter and paid extra for same day delivery. I heard nothing on Valentine’s Day about my order. I checked the following day and it still hadn’t been processed according to the website. I called the store today (the day after the latest it was supposed to be delivered) and was informed the order was sent to a different store (again, no notification of this). I called that store (Anaheim location) twice and couldn’t get ahold of anyone and never received a call back but was told by the former store it would be delivered today. 6 PM hit- still nothing. I drove to the Anaheim location and was informed the driver had been in an accident. I never received a call about this. If I had, I would’ve picked up my order on Valentine’s Day as I live six minutes away. I would like to add my fiancé tried to order an arrangement recently and got the same response from an out of state store that the delivery was late due to the driver being in an accident. I am extremely disappointed and cannot understand why you would not inform customers the delivery would be late. It’s not like these platters are cheap. I don’t think I will be using Edible Arrangements again. If you are still waiting on a recent order from this store, I would suggest driving there and getting it yourself because otherwise I would give up on expecting it to be delivered. I had to ask for my delivery fee to be refunded. It was not offered by the employees nor was any other type of compensation.

Bought my Wife an arrangement which was simple (Chocolate strawberries and pineapple Heart Shapes) for February 14. The majority of the strawberries were no good, it felt like they did the arrangement days prior. I can say that's how I feel because as I got there people were waiting outside and they were really busy which I feel like they cut corners just to get the orders fulfilled. For $120 Dollars not worth rotten strawberries and uneven cut pineapple. Never again will I order and I recommend you to spend your hard earned money else, its best to keep it old school and get an actual nice arrangement of flowers from a florist.

This was my first time ordering at Edible Arrangements . The delivery guy Alejandro was very friendly and delivered quick . I placed my ordered as same day delivery and was delivered quickly to my daughter . Great and fresh fruit arrangement! My daughter loved it !

Edible arrangement was fresh and spectacular!!Delivery Boy doesn't realize that he is an extension of Edible Arrangements and that his attitude should be as festive and spectacular as the arrangements. I have encountered rocks that were friendlier than he was!!!!!

If I were able to give a 0, I would. I purchased this for my boss and to my stunning response i am disappointed. I am disappointed due the misleading order and customer service i received. I am complaining about the flower and the vase. First off, when my employee arrived to pick up like i wrote. they did not have the vase that I ordered. Why did they not contact me. The vase is a cheap looking one that I can buy at target or kohl's. The vase was wide that the flowers looked empty to the amount. The flowers that wrapped in a paper covering had more paper than flowers that looked like I bought at the Dollar tree. I called to let the store know where they said that I have to go back and return it. Seriously, i placed an order where the edible still did not look like the right size and now i am returning it. I spent more money on thinking my boss will be happy and more of a disappointment. The more disappointing factor is the response from the two employees. I will never return or recommend this experience to anyone. At the end I bought from Von's with a better looking vase and better price and selection than the mediocre one they sent me. What a disappointment!!!

This was my second time ordering for my mother for Mothers Day, The first time was delivery with no issues, But this year was a disaster. I decided to ordered The Bouquet And the Platter bundle for my mother for this special day, and only the bouquet was deliver, I try to call several times and no one answered, left my call back info. but no one returned my call, not even the next day. I had to call back and explained what happened and gave them my order number, all they said was : " Oh ok, we will deliver the other part of the order today", and they did, but not even and apology from them making this huge mistake, but of course who cares, they got payed at front anyways.I hope management realizes on how fragile this is and takes responsibility.

I placed an order from out of state. I checked out the same day arrangements, placed an order & it was delivered within 2 hours. Not sure how busy they typically are but I was extremely satisfied with the delivery time and the birthday arrangement they delivered. Thank you!

I never write reviews at all. But I had to for this. I paid 14.99 same day delivery for a edible arrangement. Did not get it the same day. The next day I got an email saying that it was delivered. I would then get a call from my neighbor saying that I have a van parked outside my house for 10 minutes taking pictures. Then proceeded to tell me that they took a "flower bouquet" looking item from my front porch and drove off. I would recommended not booking this company for any services. I should get a refund for my money and a reimbursement for my time writing this review and waiting for the order. Lmao.

So I ordered an arrangement yesterday and asked for a late delivery and the guy said sure no problem will put notes in for the later delivery. They delivered the arrangement at 3:30p when I said after 5pm. So now I'm charged $14.99 and my sister had to pick it up. I asked today first thing in the morning if it could be delivered at 11am.. My sisters house is 10 mins max away from the place but I planned for a surprise.. thanks for making it so hard to deliver and charging me after I spoke with your attituded employee Friday morning.Don't offer next day or same day if you cannot fulfill the orders or offer a window of time. Any respectable business can do the bare minimum of a 3 hrs or less window.. The manager started making up excuses for my refund of delivery. I told her I didn't know why her driver said after 6:30 delivery when I asked for just a later time. I'm livid and it's ridiculous how many excuses I got when asking for a refund but they were quick to take my money.. unless you have an entire day open don't get delivery from here..

Samantha is AMAZING!! I had a terminally ill 9 year old girl arriving to the Marriott hotel near Disneyland with her family to spend a few days at the happiest place on earth and I wanted something in the room to welcome them. Edible Arrangements was closing in 90 minutes- and they pulled together a nice butterfly arrangement and delivered to their hotel. She was kind, compassionate and helpful. And the family said when they got to their room the kids devoured it!! I couldn’t find ANYONE else near Disney that could help with something. I’m very grateful for Samantha and Edible Arrangements

I needed a quick little treat for someone who was feeling down so I called multiple locations and all were closed or denied me. Called this location and thanks to Briana, I was able to get exactly what I wanted right before closing time. She even threw in a little gift. Great service!
