Venue location is big enough with plenty of parking, but the security guard is horrible, telling DJ's to lower the music at 830pm on a party that ends at 12am while earlier falling asleep at the front sofa

The air-conditioning was good but not great. Plenty of space for a party and a stage for a concert.

It was the perfect venue for our event. Everything was great. Only small issue is there isn't a ton of parking, but we found a spot in the neighborhood.

Came here as a guest thought the place was nice until and guy named Juan took a ball away from my son then pushed my son. When my son came and told me what had happened, I went up to the man who pushed my son while a security was right next to him. They denied the whole thing and saying that he didn’t see anything and that he didn’t push my son. The are lied to my and my husband while my son was crying thinking he was going to get in trouble for a grow man putting his hands on my 10 year old child. what I really should do is press charges on that old man named Juan for assault on a minor. Now my son is scared to go to another part because of it.

Helene and Juan were amazing helping me and my wife get our wedding done on February 20, 2023. The food we did through the Ebell's catering was delicious; we had the lemon herb chicken and sautéed swai with the California salad, rosemary potatoes and honey glazed carrots. Would get married here again

Helene is OUTSTANDING! My family and I had a tragic loss this past week and were looking for a place to host our guests after the funeral and I've never met someone more accommodating than Helene. She made us feel so cared for as of she was apart of the family. She was able to show us the venue and help us potentially book it right away. Due to other circumstances with the funeral and church location we had to use the church venue. But I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Helene's customer service was exceptional and she deserves all of her flowers. We are absolutely booking this location for any upcoming events!

I took part in hosting my company Christmas party at the Ebel Club of Anaheim last night & It was a really great experience from beginning to end. Helene was the manager I worked with & we were so fortunate because this lady thought of everything! We couldn't have messed up if we tried. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She floated around all night anticipating our every need. We used a catering service they partner with and the food was delicious. We had the Dill Salmon, Roasted Veggies, Pasta La Checca & a delicious Focaccia bread. Her serving staff was great and the bartender was equally hospitable. We'll be back next year!

Had my daughter sweet 16 there and Helen was a wonderful help and made my daughter night stress free and beautiful. Food was amazing and staff was wonderful to my guest I WILL definitely book my next party there !!!

The start of this hall inquiry was a mess and I should've known that it would've ended poorly. Initially when I called to inquire about hall pricing and availability for our date Helene stated that the date I was requesting Saturday 12/04 was not available and offered Sunday the 5th at half price given it's a Sunday. So after speaking with my partner we let her know we live in Northern California but are looking to have baby shower in Southern California as our family is there. So we drove down to look at the hall. We went to look at it with my in laws and let Helene know we really loved it but wanted to see the pricing of her menu and decorating costs but definitely wanted to book the hall. That day she was decorating for a Quinceañera and asked for me to call her back as at that time she was busy and couldn't write anything up. That day I left with her business card, i called her the next day to again ask for the info I requested and left a message, also text her with no response. I then called her again and finally she answered saying she had a busy weekend and didn't even apologized for not getting back to me, but instead making me feel as if I was bothering her. I then waited til Monday the following week when we arrived back home and she answered and I again asked her for the info I requested and she asked again for me e-mail, which I had already sent her through text. I sent it again!!!! I never received an e-mail from her. Thought I'd give her sometime to catch up on paperwork as she mentioned previously. Two weeks later I called as I never heard back and left her a message. I then called back a month later to follow up, and she didn't remember me, after she told she wrote my name on her calendar for that day and said she gave the date away. She said I never reserved the hall, which was very upsetting to me because that's exactly what'd I'd been trying to do was book, and get additional pricing information. She said that she and I had both made the mistake. She went to offer me more dates and i told her no, because I already had family coming from out of state that had flights booked for this specific date. It's very upsetting because she made me feel like it was no big deal to her and not her fault when it was all her fault! Never again will I look into this location nor do I recommend anyone doing business with this person who is very scattered and unorganized!!!! I feel like after she met myself, partner and in-laws in person her demeanor completely changed and was possibly no longer interested in doing business with me, very disappointing on many levels!!!!!

We love Ebell club Hellen show us around and explore what this hall is equipped with what we get for our money and is perfect from a small party to a 200 guest event.
