Front desk women are unprofessional. Gossiped the entire time, and did not follow protocol. I checked in an hour ago and they told me I wouldn't be able to be seen today because they missed my name on the check in. And proceeded to tell me I came after my apt time. When they reviewed my check in time they saw I was here prior to my apt. Extremely unprofessional, sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Maybe get some new staff up front? This place needs to be reported for unethical procedure, if there are so many bad reviews with the same problem, maybe the manager/owner is to blame for not taking action.

Ever since they were bought out and became Wave Imaging, service has gone down the tubes. I can no longer make an appointment over the phone and the website would not let me schedule online. I went to the offices and without actually helping me, handed me a paper with the number to schedule over the phone and lists of imaging centers.When I called, it simply ran me through automated selections until telling me I couldn't schedule over the phone and that it had to be done online, leading me back to where I started. When I looked at the list of available centers on the paper given to me, their location wasn't even listed. It's a shame, I've been taking my grandfather here for years because of the friendly staff and close location, but it genuinely feels like my business is not wanted when they won't help.

Yesenia EspinozaA very helpful employee helped me by calling my doctor to find out the reason for the appointment. She explained the request and then called another branch of the center to make an appointment for me. She was nice, calm and very cooperative, she deserves an honor, thank you.

Extremely disappointed with Dynamic Medical imaging, it’s not just this place. They have 3 locations and only 1 of the 3 is open right now.At the Whittier location:Last Thursday I had my doctor order me a CT and I called right after I got out of my appointment. They didn’t receive my order, maybe I called too early, so I EMAILED it to them but at least the lady that helped me was amazing. She tried her best to book me an appointment but the radiologist’s schedule wasn’t out. She is honestly the only reason I gave a star, if they even deserve any. I gave my number and was told I’d be called back. I thought they’d call me on Friday but no calls. So I called today, Monday, turns out the lady that helped me was filling in from elsewhere because they are severely UNDERSTAFFED and that they didn’t have my info she left for them. So yet AGAIN, I had to EMAIL my doctor’s order to them. They couldn’t book me til next month, after my follow up appointment, that’s how behind they are. I mean I understand that they are the only office open right now and that they are understaffed but what I was told next was unbelievably. And to top it off, THEIR FAX MACHINE HAS BEEN BEOKEN FOR MONTHS NOW!!!! How does a medical office function without a fax machine? How do you expect me to trust you, a medical company, with medical devices or my well being if you can’t even handle a fax machine? I honestly tried to give this place a chance even though they have bad reviews because I go based of my experience but I didn’t even get to have an appointment with all this chaos.Will be requesting WAVE IMAGING from now on.

Great and fast service, I took my son in yesterday to get some x-rays done and the receptionists were really nice and professional. Definitely will be recommending this place!

Don’t agree with these negative reviews here. The staff and experience was fantastic. From scheduling, the front desk, and the technicians were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I was in and out as quickly as you could for an MRI. Highly recommend.

Lady at the front desk who helped check in my grandmother and tech who took x-rays were great. Tech (did not get her name she had black glasses , brown hair up in a pony tail )that called my grandmother back to assist her for her mammogram was very harsh . She asked my grandmother to get undressed , my grandmother only speaks Spanish so she asked the tech if she spoke spanish the tech then raised her voice and repeated what she had just said in English . They have nasty attitudes they seem like they HATE their job. You are able to hear staffs conversations, lady with strong accent is so harsh when speaking to patients over the phone . Customer service is the worst . I am a manager for a couple of different offices and let me tell you they treat patients is not acceptable.

The customer service is a joke. The receptionist was beyond rude and unwelcoming. The ultrasound technician was worse, I could not wait to leave. The staff is something else here... If you dislike your job that much why bother working there? I definitely will never return to this location

Words can not even describe my disappointment with my short time with them, first of all their front desk took about half an hour to even get to helping me though there was nobody else even in the lobby with me, and secondly after the xray they quickly scooted me out without even telling me what happens next, and when I asked for a copy of my xray to take to a consultation THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT MY XRAY ON MY DISK THEY PUT A RANDOM PATIENTS MRI SCAN.

I don't even know where to start! The staff here is ALWAYS so kind and accommodating! The location is clean, covid friendly with plenty of waiting chairs. The process to get an appointment was seamless. There are no words to describe Patty, she cares so much... it's evident though her mannerisms in everything she does. The smiling staff shows that it's a place very well managed. Coming from a medical background, I had very high expectations and they exceeded it all. I would highly recommend Dynamic Imaging for all imaging needs, such as an MRI and or ultrasound. I have already referred some many friends and family here. So incredibly grateful for this establishment.

Came in today to get an MRI for my lower back. I was really nervous but everybody here was so nice and intreated me so kindly. From the receptionists at the front desk and a big thank you to Natalie! She talked me through everything step-by-step! She calmed my nerves hahaha thank you sooo much!

This is one of the most unprofessional and unethical office you could ever go to. The unprofessional staff member made fun of a Muslim woman and made the other staff members laugh. The manager supported her staff in making fun of the Muslim woman and said "if you don't like our services then leave" and ridiculed the patient in front of everyone by the door. This is by far the worst place you can go for services and should avoid it at all costs.
