My son (Jason Smith) bought a car in February 2024. We’ve made dozens of calls and spoken to multiple different people. George Ajar(?) was our salesman. It has been eight months and they have not sent the title to Navy Federal. He cannot get another loan as Nagy Federal won’t allow them u til this is resolved. I have been unable to register my car. This is causing hardships as not being registered can affect base access. If they can’t get a simple title sent after eight months I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Pathetic.

few weeks ago I was looking for a new truck for my construction company we all ready have 7 trucks
And I was interested in the Ford F150 they have for sale I talk to George he helped me to get the financing and I told him George I have to go because I have appointment with one my clients he said sure and he asked me for $500 dollars deposit and I said sure I let him a check we don’t sign any paperwork
And I get really busy on on my company
Few days later I called him to talk about the truck I told him George probably I not going to get the truck anymore because I think I will get new truck but he cash the deposit check
Anyway and not selling my the truck wow
Just to let everyone know Dvine motors is not a safety place to shop I already placed fraud charges against this place

This is my 3rd time buying a vehicle from them, amazing service, honest and respectful, highly highly recommended D’vine thank you guys very very much.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! If you’re interested in buying a lemon look no further. They have a variety of cars that will cause you a never ending headache. Oh, after they take your money the customer service stops there…. Trying to reach someone after the sale is like going in a wild goose hunt ! READ THE REVIEWS….

Absolute Crooks! I put down an optional $500 deposit to secure a vehicle. I ended up not going with it but they have NOT REFUNDED my money for almost 2 months. I've texted and called multiple times and the issue is not resolved. So unprofessional! I cannot tell you enough to STAY AWAY!!!!! Absolute SCAM!

Showed up unexpected. Ready to close deal on car. They said its up on the racks and we can bring it around in about 11/2 hrs. Pressed for time, I requested a delivery. Paid $6699.41 for the car and $180.00 for delivery. I requested the paperwork for car and he only gave me a title form. Said the rest will be in the car when delivered. When the car was delivered, it was dirty, bird stuff and dirt all over car. The driver seemed edgy and he said cars on and keys in car. As I went the car l looked for the paperwork. No paperwork. By the time I looked up the driver was gone. So I went a parked car in parking garage but noticed it wasn't coming out of first gear. So I parked, shut car off then saw parking closer so I tried to start the car...and nothing. Tried to call dealer and no response. I have to now have car toed to a reputed Chevy dealer and see what damage is going to be done to my bank account.

I have horrible credit and they made it possible for me to get the car I wanted.
George worked extra hard with my credit and banks to find the perfect one for me.
If you have bad credit and really need a car this is the place to go! They have a good selection of vehicles and they help you every step of the way.

This place is scammy I was looking at purchasing my first new used car and they tried to sell me a car that had major frame repairs done not advertised at all like the images and after I had asked them for pictures of the damages they just sent me a “damage report” saying there was “minor” damage to get me in the door car was disturbingly filthy for the price they were asking and was full of scratches and paint damages along with you can’t make it up BIRD POOP smeared across the front end like come on… I hope they fix these issues they’re nice people…

If you care about quality stay far away. Do not give them a down payment. They will keep the money and ghost you if you change your mind. The quality of the cars is questionable at best. Very shady dealers.
