Don't come here ! From the moment I've walked in the person helping me an older man with glasses treated me like he didn't want to sell me anything . He kept saying things like listen bring the person whose doing the job to see the paint when I repeated myself multiple times that I've been instructed already on what I need! Then he says if I go check what you what's it's a lot and it's within the last hour like dude wtf! Then I said okay let me tell you exactly what I want want I need needless to say he says look a lot of things are in hold for inventory! So what you can't sell! Disgusting he needs to be let go I may look like adam Sandler but when he gave me pricing if I didn't squirm it's because I'm not here not waste my time I came to purchase anyways it's an account loss. Don't go there or go look boogie and waste his time !

Absolute trash customer service. Went in and used my account number and the pricing was more than the shelf pricing, then one of their guys adjusts the price from 92$ a gallon to $62 for 2 gallons. I go back in to get more paint because the project got extended and then they try and charge me 500$ for 5 gallons. I'm clearly in the middle of a project with this specific paint and they wouldn't adjust the price again and sent me away. So I had to go into Home Depot who was extremely helpful and pricing was just about 400$ less but I will have to redo everything I've done so far mid project. I want a refund for the paint that was basically wasted and myself having to go to another location to get this finished. Management at this location didn't even come out to resolve the issue during this visit. Pretty cowardly if you ask me

I was having a very VERY frustrating time matching wood stain for my cabinets to my floor. After going to several other places I finally found Jose at Dunn. Jose was quick, incredibly accurate and did a fantastic job! I am so impressed that he was able to match my cabinets and floor perfectly after so many attempts and failures. Cant recommend him enough!

super weird experience. Ordered paint samples online for in store pick up, just for a smaller project im doing (wall mural). The girl I dealt with seemed nice but may have been having a bad day-no greeting, no smile, kind of looked at me funny when I said it was a pick up. She seemed super confused and went to the back 2 times adamant that they didn't have my order. Well that sucks, I had already paid for it. She went back a third time and sure enough came back with the samples. She kind of seemed irritated at this point so I just kept quiet. I also mentioned I had purchased tape as well so she went off to get that (i shouldn't have said anything, should have just let it go). I felt like I was bothering her, and it made me feel like the store is just really unorganized especially for such a small order... I needed two other colors but I didn't want to bother her so I ended up just going to the Sherwin Williams on the other side of Anaheim and they were more than happy to assist me. It was just a really weird encounter so I won't be back..

The gentleman named Jay Rodriguez and a caucasian man who does machine repair in the back were very helpful & fast! I didnt have a good experience with the cashier last time but these two were awesome!

Hello, I'm leaving this review as a complaint about the paint sold to me. The staff at this location was friendly and helpful, however, I spent over 300$ on paint and the quality of it was not to the standards for such a price. I painted all the walls in my home and MULTIPLE locations peeled. My painters used the traditional blue scotch tape which is known to be used for other projects and this Dunn-Edwards paint was an extreme hassle. I'm looking for some type of compensation. My kitchen was painted for about a month and I recently had my cabinets painted and there was SO MUCH PEELING. It is extremely frustrating to redo the job without it looking like a different texture. And paying someone to do it AGAIN. Ive attached some pictures of the paint in our bedrooms that were peeled and painted over on the ceiling, and pictures of our kitchen where the paint completely peeled off.

We came to Dunn Edward's today on the advice of our contractor to look at paint samples for our whole downstairs. We were there for about 10 minutes and not one person even acknowledged we were there. More than half of the time we were in the store by ourselves. How hard is it to even say hi to a potential customer?

What kind of employees do this store have? In Anaheim off of State collage When asked if they could check to see if they had ceartn materials at an other stores one that they don't have , answered, no they don't have it with out even checking?

horrible they knew nothing about the machines they were selling of the materials they were selling either it was sad and to top it off THEY ARE THE WORST COLOR AT MATCHING. bottom line I would never walk thru that door ever again!!!!

During covid it's all changed. They only help the big guy. If you're a small time startup company. Good luck. Don't want my experience on anyone else
