Vince saved the day! We needed to replace our blinds after our chunky cat broke one side. We were in a panic because we are hosting a party and didn't think it would arrive on time. They arrived 2 days earlier than expected and fit perfectly!

A gem of a business in Anaheim Hills... Vincent is amazing!! He is so Talented, a pleasure to work with and a true professional.. After 6 years I am enjoying my custom shades as much as the day they were installed.. He suggested a beautiful fabric.. that is timeless... I highly recommend Vincent...you will not be disappointed .

Vincent and his staff are top notch! Had shutters installed in my home and they are beautiful. His attention to detail is excellent and he is one of the most honest and nicest guys in the business. I highly recommend him. I will be using him very soon for a bedroom remodel as well.

My mother gave me an antique Victorian couch that's been in the family for over 40 years. Vincent reupholstered it, modernizing it with a cool neutral fabric. From beginning to end, Vincent was kind, professional, quick, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable of his business in order to help me. Thank you so much Vincent! We are so happy! Make an appointment ahead of time in his showroom. He has EVERYTHING. We decided to go with the pirouette, Hunter Douglas shades. It finishes off the room perfectly. Vincent and his team are fabulous. He kept me up to date with the delivery, and the installation was so easy. They are a family owned business too! Very very excited with everything. Our drapes are still being made, but I'm sure they will be perfect just like our blinds.

I had custom made shades that needed new closing mechanisms. Vincent and his team were super responsive and suggested a fix that was less expensive than replacing with all new shades. His workers were diligent and tidy and the repair work was fast.

BEWARE!!! The owner Vincent is a very egotistical man. He does not keep his word. I had a date & time scheduled for them to do my baseboards, install & paint them. It was to be done in two days in the same week as my husband was going to have surgery so the job needed to be completed before he went in. I told Vincent that and if it was not possible then I would wait. He shows up on the day scheduled 50 minutes late letting me know 5 minutes before he arrived that he would be late. They work for 3 hours then took over an hour for lunch and then approximately 2 hours later Vincent informs me that they will come back in a week to finish. I told him that is not what we agreed on and that will not work. He tells me I'm being unreasonable and he just can't be back this week as has other jobs. We argued then he said I was bugging him. The end result was he called me a b***** I called him an S.O.B. He said he was not going to finish and he told his workers to get the equipment and leave. Furniture was everywhere, I could not even get in my master bedroom. He told me he would credit my deposit which he did after I reminded him that I had 2 witnesses that heard him tell me that. So, I got most of the job done for free!! I'm left now to get someone to finish. He has such a big EGO. His son Vincent Jr. was very kind and helped me move furniture back. His father needs to take a lesson from him on Customer Service and Human Kindness. If you are a female, BEWARE!!

Vincent helped us same day replace the remote and program our shades that are over 20' high! We hadn't been able to close them for 1.5 years and within a few hours of my initial phone call to the shop, we had a new remote and everything was done! I wasn't sure where to even start and they completed all of the upholstered drapes in my parents house many years ago and she recommended I call him. Thanks again!

I had a window shade installed for my den and Vincent and his crew did an amazing job with installation and keeping me in the loop about my order along the way. With all the craziness manufacturing has slowed down which slowed down the speed and which it was made, but Vincent kept me in the loop the entire time between ordering and installation. Support your local businesses!

I would highly recommend Drapes and fabrics by Vincent. Vincent has a wealth of information when it comes to design and an exceptional service. I finally went with him for my shutter at home after all these years. it was well worth it. It sure gave my place a different look.

Excellent customer service both in the store, in our home and by the installer. Vincent's time with us in our home was very helpful selecting the blinds that would look the best with our new windows. The installer was courteous, fast, and clean. We will definitely use Drapes & Fabrics by Vincent again.
