This is one of my favorite dollar stores to go to. I've been a customer of this particular location for a long time now. I've only ever had a problem once and it was with an employee accusing me of opening an ice cream. Who does that? I was merely checking to ensure I wasn't purchasing an open ice cream smh. I do believe that employee was let go last year tho. This store has allot of new things and new planograms this past month that make the store look awesome. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area!

The worst customer service I ever had....
Only at this location.
30 to 40 minutes discussion just because I wanted to pay with $2.00 dollar bills. They won't take my $2. Dollar bills because they don't know that $2.00 dollar bills existed ?

I dropped by the last two days only to be pressed for money from someone who clearly had several hospital bands on looks like a drug addict and perhaps has mental health issues out there, making a huge mess like a Tweaker…. Begging for money. It’s incredibly off putting when I asked them at the store if they call the cops …. They claim they did, and were told there was nothing they could do about it. This guy is literally at the front doors, making a mess bothering customers and they won’t do a thing about it. I will drive out of my way to go do a different store. This is ridiculous. It’s threatening customers. He’s a health hazard. He’s picking himself bleeding …spilling stuff. Call the police ? already

Well my wife and I went to the dollar tree on Lincoln avenue and north Cresent way, and when we got to the check the cashier said she was closed but had her light on and customer there. We went to the next line.. and then all of sudden that same cashier said "next customer" my wife said to me "she said that she was closed " and a woman in front of my wife said.. "i heard hear say what you said" I mentioned to my wife, get her name so we can report her. The name of the cashier is "Tanya" it was rude of her act that way. My wife and I very rarely go to that location.. we usually go to the location on Katella Ave in Stanton.

Isles disorganized & thrashed. Shelf was empty of the 1 item I came for. Store went in temporary lockdown as I was leaving due to a homeless guy outside trying to pick fights & throwing things at cars (luckily not mine). Not very pleasant overall experience.

It was Mother's Day so there were customers bustling in and out for last minute gifts. Therefore, the shelves are a bit in disarray and their inventory was limited for some items. Unfortunately, the air freshener spray was out of stock for all scents except lavender. I would also be leary of the area because there was a vagrant speaking wildly in front of the entrance, which doesn't seem safe for bringing in a toddler.
