I read all the negative reviews and I’m sad to say they were right. The woman that answered our call was so rude and condescending, she left a voicemail and I had to listen to it a couple of times because I could not believe how rude and condescending she was being. Is the same woman everyone is complaining about, she must be the owner, otherwise I don’t understand how someone this many bad reviews could still be employed by anyone.
We didn’t even make it to our meet and greet, how someone can work with people if they dislike them so much?

Macie loves staying at Dogtopia and especially loves going in the water no matter the weather. Staff is great about carrying out our requests to keep Macie healthy.

Our pup Aspen has been coming to Dogtopia for just over a year and absolutely loves it. Pricing is great, everyone who works there truly cares about the dogs, and they’re treated so well. Aspen loves so many people at daycare it’s so cute watching her through the cameras and seeing how happy she is with her dog friends and people watching her. The online portal is super easy to use to book spa treatments and daycare options, but she’s set for twice a week and usually just goes on the same days.Sherry and her whole team are amazing. The negative reviews crack me up because Sherry is not rude, she’s straightforward, honest, and cares about the dogs. That’s all I could ever want in a dog daycare owner and she’s been so great in ensuring the dogs’ safety while there and truly cares for them. Thanks Sherry, and all of Dogtopia’s team for making sure Aspen is safe, happy, and exhausted when she comes home.

Sosuke has been going since the summer. Ever since our other dog crossed the rainbow bridge, we needed an outlet for our German Shepard . Sosuke is happy and well adjusted at Dogtopia. He has furry friends.

Sherry is a rude woman. She should not talk to customers and learn how to speak with kindness. This rude and arrogant tone she uses is insulting to the clients and has made me switch companies to care of my puppy. Sherry they have schools for good behavior, time for you to learn some manners!

Very disappointed in this place. I was interested in setting up a meet and greet but was told the only available time was in the middle of the day. And does not offer afternoon or weekend appointments. The girl on the phone said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Never received a response back. Fast forward about a month, and I submitted another meet and greet online and have not heard a word. With summer in full force, I was looking for other (playing) alternatives for my husky. I will not waste my time with another attempt to contact this place.

I love this place for my pup. I have visited many doggy daycares in Anaheim to find a right fit. This one is perfect. The owners are so nice and I love the tour I was given of the facility during his meet and greet. The place is very neat and clean! The cameras are great for watching my pup! Booking is easy and everything can be done on the app. I love that it is open play, he comes back tired and has so much fun! Thank you Dogtopia! I highly recommend this place.

I have been taking my dogs here for 4 years, both for daycare and boarding and they love it as well as I do. When I pull up their tails are going wild. The owners and staff are wonderful. I highly, highly recommend this place.

Tippie loves her sleepovers and all her friends at Dogtopia. The staff are amazing and we always know she will be well cared for.

Disappointed... I went with all the good reviews of booking with Dogtopia, and I laughed at some of the reviews regarding the front office - they're sure true and honest. Still - I try to work with people and give people the benefit of the doubt. I took my dog for the review/exam, booked with them multiple times, and even took my dog to the Vet to get him medicine to deal with his anxiety per their recommendation. I booked over 10 days in the year, and I booked over a 8 day span when I went on vacation. Fast fowrard to now when I'm attempting to book a 1 day trip. I was told that they couldn't deal with his anxiety - mind you I purchased medication to assist them with their concerns. I'm disappointed - I won't be coming back to this place. Disappointed with the service and I was able to over look things but this nailed the coffin.
